【摘要】:知识经济时代的到来,以及全球一体化进程日益加快,市场竞争激烈程度不断升级,企业间竞争的范围及程度也不断扩大和加深,而企业如果拥有了丰富的人力资源必将使其在竞争中占据优势地位。因为,现代企业的竞争与许多其他的业态竞争一样,归根到底都是体现在人才的竞争上面,是人力资源的竞争。对任何一个企业来说,从物质形态上看,人是一种资源,从价值形态上看,人是一种资本。企业培训是获得高素质人力资源的有效途径。通过企业培训可以为企业内部的员工创造持续学习的机会,提高组织的绩效,达到组织和员工共同发展的目的。然而,培训也是一种投资行为,因此在注重员工培训的同时,还要对培训的效果进行评价,找出影响培训效果的因素,全面的考察其影响程度,以衡量员工在培训后技能的提高程度和行为的改变程度。 本文通过对A公司员工培训影响因素的深入分析,研究如何提升培训的有效性,提高企业的学习能力,进而达到改善组织运营绩效的目的。论文在对国内外专家学者的研究成果相关文献进行整理和综合分析的基础上,借鉴形成本研究所应用的理论基础,从而确立本文的研究方法为文献研究法、调查分析法、访谈法和理论与实践相结合等研究方法。对论文研究对象A公司的员工培训现状进行详细地分析,对培训中问题的原因剖析总结,结合员工培训的特点和具体要求,构建出A公司培训效果评估影响因素模型。针对A公司员工培训存在的问题,结合已建立的培训效果评估影响因素模型,提出培训效果的提升策略。最后,总结全文,并且展望在未来的研究工作中需要进一步研究的问题。
[Abstract]:The era of knowledge economy, and the globalization process is accelerating, the market competition is escalating, the scope and degree of competition between enterprises also continue to expand and deepen, and if the enterprise has the abundant human resources will make it occupy the dominant position in the competition. Because of the competition of modern enterprises and many other formats the competition, after all are reflected in the talent competition, is the competition of human resources. For any enterprise, from the material form, is a kind of resource, from the form of value, is a kind of capital. Enterprise training is an effective way to obtain high-quality human resources. Through the training of enterprise you can create continuous learning opportunities for internal staff, improve organizational performance, achieve the purpose of the common development of employees and organizations. However, training is a kind of investment behavior, so in the note While training staff, we should evaluate the effect of training, find out the factors that affect the training effect, and comprehensively investigate the degree of impact, so as to measure the degree of improvement of skills and the degree of behavior change after training.
Based on the impact of employee training A, in-depth analysis of factors, how to improve the effectiveness of training, improve their learning ability, and to improve its operational performance. Based the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the related literatures and comprehensive analysis on the theoretical basis of the cost of reference form the application, so as to establish the research method of literature study, questionnaire, interview methods and the combination of theory and practice. The detailed analysis on the current situation of staff training and study of A company, the reason of training problems in the analysis summary, combined with the characteristics of staff training and specific requirements of construction the influencing factors of training effectiveness evaluation model of A company. According to the existing problems of A company employee training, combined with the established training effect evaluation model of influencing factors, put forward Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, and looks forward to the further research in the future research work.
