【摘要】:山东烟草公司经过近几年的努力,员工培训已初具规模,形成了一套较为完善的传统教育培训体系。但随着行业内外环境的不断发展变化,这些传统教育培训模式在实际运用中都遇到了一些问题,员工教育培训工作进入了一个瓶颈期。如何破解这个瓶颈,使烟草教育培训走上良性发展之路,本文力求运用知识管理的理论从E-learning培训的角度给出解决之道。论文从E-learning培训的作用出发,科学分析了山东烟草人力资源培训的现状及遇到的问题,,阐述了进行E-learning培训的必要性与可行性,提出了山东烟草公司E-learning培训设计的基本思路和模式。 论文的主要内容如下: 1.知识管理和E-learning的相关知识概述。从知识管理和E-learning的定义、特点出发,阐述了知识管理和E-learning的基本理论,并探讨了它们在企业培训中的应用,指出企业培训要取得成效,在目前知识经济社会,融合了知识管理理论的E-learning将是必然趋势。 2.山东烟草公司情况及企业员工培训问题分析。从山东烟草公司企业培训现状出发,对其企业培训中存在的问题进行了深入分析。 3.基于知识管理的山东烟草E-learning培训系统模式研究。从知识螺旋的理论出发,探讨了山东烟草E-learning培训可选择的模式,提出了线上、线下、知识积累、知识分享等E-learning培训模式的构建思路。 4.基于知识管理的山东烟草E-learning培训系统设计。从企业实际的角度出发,提出了一个山东烟草公司E-learning培训系统设计方案。对这一培训系统的结构进行了分析,并提出了实施这一方案的建议。 本文的研究采用系统科学研究方法,文献研究法,知识螺旋法等方法,遵循由外及里,由浅到深的研究方式,理论联系实际,全面系统地研究山东烟草E-learning培训模式,并提出了切合山东烟草公司实际的设计方案。
[Abstract]:Through the efforts of Shandong Tobacco Company in recent years, staff training has begun to take shape, forming a set of more perfect traditional education and training system, but with the continuous development of the environment inside and outside the industry. These traditional education and training models have encountered some problems in the practical application, the staff education and training work has entered a bottleneck period. How to break this bottleneck, so that tobacco education and training on the road to healthy development. This paper tries to use the theory of knowledge management to give the solution from the perspective of E-learning training. This paper scientifically analyzes the present situation and problems of Shandong tobacco human resources training, and expounds the necessity and feasibility of E-learning training. The basic idea and mode of E-learning training design in Shandong Tobacco Company are put forward. The main contents of the thesis are as follows: 1. Overview of knowledge management and E-learning. The definition and characteristics of knowledge management and E-learning. This paper expounds the basic theories of knowledge management and E-learning, probes into their application in enterprise training, and points out that enterprise training should be effective in the knowledge economy society at present. E-learning, which combines knowledge management theory, will be an inevitable trend. 2. The situation of Shandong Tobacco Company and the problem of employee training in Shandong Tobacco Company. From the current situation of enterprise training in Shandong Tobacco Company, the problems existing in the enterprise training are deeply analyzed. 3. Research on the mode of Shandong tobacco E-learning training system based on knowledge management. Based on the theory of knowledge spiral, this paper discusses the optional mode of Shandong tobacco E-learning training. This paper puts forward the construction of e-learning training mode, such as online, offline, knowledge accumulation, knowledge sharing and so on. 4. The design of Shandong tobacco E-learning training system based on knowledge management. This paper puts forward a design scheme of E-learning training system in Shandong Tobacco Company, analyzes the structure of this training system, and puts forward some suggestions for its implementation. The research of this paper adopts the methods of system science research, literature research, knowledge helix and so on. It follows the research method from outside and inside, from shallow to deep, and combines theory with practice. This paper studies the E-learning training mode of Shandong Tobacco Company and puts forward a design scheme suitable for Shandong Tobacco Company.
