网络经济条件下的企业战略转型研究

【摘要】:随着计算机发明和网络技术的快速发展,人类迎来了以信息技术为代表的第三次技术革命,信息技术和电子商务正在全面的改变着人们的生活方式,对于企业来说存在着非常大的商机和挑战,打破了传统上时间和空间上给企业的限制,让企业追求提供个性化服务,更好的满足客户需求。同时信息与管理的结合也提升了管理决策和管理过程的科学性和效率,信息的快速的收集和传递也打破了企业原来的组织结构,在这种情况下,传统的运作模式已经跟不上时代的发展。因此为了更好的适应网络经济的特点,企业必须充分认识到其对自身发展的带来的影响、机遇和挑战,利用信息新技术,及时制定和调整企业战略,进行战略转型或创新,努力适应变化的环境,使企业能够长期稳定的发展。 本文首先对网络经济理论、企业战略理论,战略管理理论的进行总结归纳,阐述了网络经济的内涵和特点,在此基础上,分析了网络经济给传统企业带来的冲击和机遇:一是企业经营环境发生变化,导致市场进一步的细分,也促使经营模式发生改变;二是加剧了现有竞争者之间的竞争程度,增加了与消费者、供应商的博弈难度;三是其影响到企业战略制定的前提、内容、执行以及外部环境。其次,在分析网络经济下企业战略转型原则的基础上,从企业的信息管理系统、上下游供应链、业务外包、企业文化、企业制度等方面分析了企业转型的内容,并从改革内部网络和构建外部网络系统探讨了企业战略转型的路径。第三,从完善考核监督机制、加强对各部门的管理力度、建立分离机制、加强部门之间的协作和人力资源管理等方面提出了网络经济条件下企业战略成功转型对策。最后通过A公司案例分析,,将前文的理论研究上升到实际应用中,对该公司的市场、资源、企业内外环境进行全方位的分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer and network technology, mankind has ushered in the third technological revolution represented by information technology. Information technology and electronic commerce are changing people's way of life in an all-round way. For enterprises, there are great business opportunities and challenges, breaking the traditional time and space for enterprises to limit, so that enterprises pursue to provide personalized services. At the same time, the combination of information and management also improves the scientific and efficiency of the management decision-making and management process, the rapid collection and transmission of information also broke the original organizational structure of the enterprise. In this case, the traditional mode of operation has been unable to keep up with the development of the times. Therefore, in order to better adapt to the characteristics of the network economy, enterprises must fully understand its impact on their own development, opportunities and challenges. By using the new information technology, we can timely formulate and adjust the enterprise strategy, carry out strategic transformation or innovation, and make great efforts to adapt to the changing environment, so that the enterprise can develop steadily for a long time. Firstly, this paper summarizes the theory of network economy, the theory of enterprise strategy and the theory of strategic management, and expounds the connotation and characteristics of network economy. This paper analyzes the impacts and opportunities brought by the network economy to traditional enterprises: first, the business environment of enterprises changes, which leads to further market segmentation, but also promotes the change of business model; Second, it intensifies the competition degree between the existing competitors and increases the difficulty of the game with consumers and suppliers; Thirdly, it affects the premise, content, implementation and external environment of enterprise strategy formulation. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the principles of enterprise strategy transformation under the network economy, from the enterprise information management system, upstream and downstream supply chain. Business outsourcing, corporate culture, enterprise system and other aspects of the analysis of the content of enterprise transformation, and from the reform of the internal network and the construction of an external network system to explore the path of strategic transformation of enterprises. We should improve the examination and supervision mechanism, strengthen the management of various departments, and establish a separation mechanism. Strengthen the cooperation between departments and human resources management and other aspects of the network economy under the circumstances of the successful transformation of corporate strategy countermeasures. Finally, through the case study of company A, the previous theoretical research to the practical application. The company's market, resources, internal and external environment for all-round analysis.
