【摘要】:管理是一个企业生存和发展的关键问题。伴随着中国汽车产业的蓬勃发展,中国汽车物流行业迎来了自己的机遇期,而汽车物流企业则尴尬地直面了其企业管理与时代机遇不相匹配的问题。汽车物流企业比以前任何一个时期,都急迫地需要提升自己的管理能力,优化自身的业务流程。由于物流概念及其相关理论在我国发展的时间还相对较短,大量的第三方物流管理理论涌入中国,其间既有良莠难辨的问题,也有西方理论如何与中国实际相结合的问题。特别是汽车物流作为世界上最为复杂、高端的物流产业,其遭遇到的问题更为突出,带有我国这一时期的典型性。这些企业群体中汽车物流企业A最为具有代表性。本文从普遍理论出发,力图将西方物流理论与中国汽车物流行业的具体实际相结合,用客观的研究观点来审视事实,用先进的理论观点前瞻发展,而非削足适履地用扭曲行业、企业现实情况来适应西方的理论框架。本文着力辨析了第三方物流及汽车物流企业的定义与相关理论,指出现一阶段,乃至今后更长一段时间里,中国汽车物流企业的主体并非是西方理论中的第三方物流企业,而是介于自营与第三方之间的子公司模式的企业物流企业。在此基础之上,结合国内外汽车物流企业发展现状与未来趋势,选择国内具有代表性的汽车物流企业A,剖析其自身发展的历史脉络、战略定位,针对其业务流程、管理模式提出了具体的管理优化方案。
[Abstract]:Management is a key issue for the survival and development of enterprises. With the vigorous development of China's automobile industry, China's automobile logistics industry ushered in its own opportunity period. Automobile logistics enterprises are embarrassed to face the problem that their business management does not match with the opportunity of the times. Automobile logistics enterprises need to improve their management ability more urgently than in any previous period. Optimization of its own business processes. Because the logistics concept and its related theory in China is relatively short development time, a large number of third-party logistics management theory into China, there are both good and bad problems. There is also the problem of how to combine the western theory with the reality of China, especially the automobile logistics, as the most complex and high-end logistics industry in the world, its problems are more prominent. It has the typicality of this period of our country. Among these enterprise groups, automobile logistics enterprise A is the most representative. This paper starts from the general theory. Try to combine the western logistics theory with the specific reality of Chinese automobile logistics industry, examine the facts with the objective research point of view, and develop forward with the advanced theory view, rather than twist the industry. This paper analyzes the definition and related theories of the third party logistics and automobile logistics enterprises, referring to the emergence of a stage, and even a longer period of time in the future. The main body of Chinese automobile logistics enterprise is not the third party logistics enterprise in the western theory, but the enterprise logistics enterprise which is between the self-operation and the third party. Combined with the domestic and foreign automotive logistics enterprises development status and future trends, select domestic representative automobile logistics enterprises, analyze their own historical development context, strategic positioning, aimed at its business process. The management mode puts forward the concrete management optimization scheme.
