TPM管理与7S在马勒南京铸造车间中的应用

【摘要】:本文主要对国内外有关TPM管理和“7S”研究的相关理论做了简单的叙述,首先对制造型企业自身创建的生产系统做了简单的介绍,再对TPM管理和“7S”的一些基本知识做了一个介绍,从理论上分析了在马勒南京铸造生产中引用并推行这两种管理方法需要注意的一些地方。 紧接着,论文简单的介绍了“7S”管理,将马勒南京公司正在实施的“7S”管理与传统的“5S”管理做了简单的对比。文章结合具体的案例,系统的论述了马勒南京铸造生产过程从自住保全和计划保全板块和“7S”的实施来介绍TPM管理和“7S”管理在铸造生产中是如何被推动与实施的。特别是现场的“7S”管理与自主保全是如何很好的结合起来,不断提高浇铸设备的稳定性,降低设备故障率,,提高铸造生产的效率。 最后,通过介绍马勒南京铸造生产中在这两方面的成功推行的过程及方法,探讨两者相互的关系与实施过程中存在的问题,尝试着总结出TPM管理与“7S”管理在生产制造企业推行的过程中的方法和应关注的可能出现的问题,以利于TPM管理与“7S”管理有效的结合在一起,取得更好的效果并且希望能为其他制造生产型企业起到借鉴与参考作用。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly describes the related theories of TPM management and "7s" research at home and abroad. Firstly, the manufacturing system created by manufacturing enterprises themselves is briefly introduced. This paper also introduces some basic knowledge of TPM management and "7s", and theoretically analyzes some points that should be paid attention to in the application of these two management methods in the foundry production of Mahler Nanjing. Then, the paper simply introduces the "7S" management, and makes a simple comparison between the "7S" management and the traditional "5S" management. This paper systematically discusses the process of Maller Nanjing foundry production, introduces the TPM management and "7S" from the implementation of self-housing preservation and plan preservation and "7s". How to promote and implement management in foundry production, especially how to combine "7s" management with self-preservation. Continuously improve the stability of casting equipment, reduce the failure rate of equipment, improve the efficiency of casting production. Finally, by introducing the process and methods of successful implementation of the two aspects in the Maller Nanjing foundry production, the relationship between the two aspects and the problems existing in the implementation process are discussed. Try to summarize the TPM management and "7S" management in the process of implementation of manufacturing enterprises and should pay attention to the possible problems. In order to facilitate the effective combination of TPM management and "7S" management, and achieve better results and hope to other manufacturing enterprises to play a reference and reference role.
