A化工企业班组管理问题研究

【摘要】:班组建设和管理是化工类生产型企业经营发展的重要基石,班组运行的高效优质是企业经营成功的关键因素。生产型企业管理的成败与否,离不开班组的穿针引线。所以,提升班组的建设和管理水平,对于生产型企业的生存与发展有着特别重要的意义。当然,班组建设和管理,又是企业的一项基础性很强的工作,他会涉及到企业内的各个部门的管理和运营,他的改进向好也预示着企业整体管理水平的提升和改善。在生产型企业内的班组,是一切工作的立足点和出发点,他既是企业安全生产和经营活动的基本组成单位,又是其他企业活动的实施单位。班组管理工作的好与劣,是化工类生产型企业安全、生产,质量等工作的综合体现,是现代企业精细化管理的基础,只有把班组管理工作做好,企业的长久可持续发展才会有更大的动力和源泉。 化工类生产型企业一般都具有易爆易燃、有害有毒、工艺生产过程复杂、生产技术密集交叉多等特点,班组是化工类生产型企业安全操作和连续生产的最直接体现者,同时,班组管理又是企业内最基础的管理,对企业生产的安全,清洁,高效起着决定性的作用。化工企业的班组管理一般应以车间为单元,以车间的班组为载体,更加深入和细致的搞好最基层的班组管理工作。班组的班组长是公司和生产员工的主要沟通纽带和桥梁,担负着上传下达,协调沟通的重要任务。班组长的管理水平和个人素质的好坏,将对企业安全生产,进度计划,质量控制产生重要的影响。因为化工类生产型企业的所有生产活动基本都在班组里进行,所以企业经营成败主要关注点在班组,只有班组里充满了勃勃生机的气氛,企业才会有源源不断的动力和旺盛的活力,才可以在现代市场的激烈竞争中处于有利地位而保持长久不败。班组的生产现场管理是化工类企业生产管理的重要基础组成部分,集中体现着化工企业的管理素质和水平。通过企业内班组现场管理的状态,即可判断出一个企业的管理水平和员工的职业素养,企业制造产品的质量可信度与稳定性,部门和一线生产人员分工协作的配合程度。化工企业生产现场管理的前沿阵地在班组,主战场亦在班组,因此,班组生产现场的管理水平提高与改善,是企业发展和管理水平提升的重点工作。 本文通过对A化工企业班组管理与建设的现状分析,,尝试找出存在这些问题和产生这些问题的原因,以期对A企业在班组管理方面有更好的帮助和促进,完善并提升班组的管理水平;本文从企业班组管理文化建设,班组管理制度建设,班组标准化管理,班组长能力培养,班组考核评价体系建设等方面,制定了班组管理提升方案,为化工行业企业完善当前班组管理制度,实施精细化,标准化管理战略,提升管理水平提供理论依据和实践经验。
