快速消费品采购—配送成本优化研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国快速消费品行业发展迅猛,市场需求规模不断增长。快速消费品消费周期短、消耗量大、产品单位价值一般较低的特点,使得快速消费品供应链的分配阶段成本控制对提高企业的经营效益是至关重要的。 本文首先对快速消费品相关的研究文献进行了系统梳理,研究基于企业内部市场制度下的快速消费品供应链采购-配送一体化运作的成本控制问题,分别建立了不带时限约束的单品种快速消费品采购-配送成本优化模型和带时限约束的多品种快速消费品采购-配送成本优化模型。前者主要分析了在采购产品不带采购时限约束的前提下,物流部采取什么样的采购策略,如何实施采取的策略以及如何制定配送计划,才能最大程度降低物流成本问题;后者主要考虑了采购产品的种类、采购产品的生产时间窗因素对制定采购计划的影响。将上述模型应用到某饮料企业,根据实际情况,考虑了终端仓库对配送车型号的限制条件。用遗传算法对上述模型进行求解,均获得了理想的采购计划与含配送路径的配送方案。结果表明:联合采购策略的选择可以充分利用供应商提供的总量折扣优惠来降低成本,同时产品种类、产品可采购时段约束与采购订单完成时限在时间一致性上对采购-配送计划的制定起到至关重要影响。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the fast moving consumer goods industry of our country develops rapidly, the market demand scale increases unceasingly, the consumption cycle of fast moving consumer goods is short, the consumption is large, the product unit value is generally low. It is very important to control the cost in the distribution stage of fast moving consumer goods supply chain (FMCSC) in order to improve the operation efficiency of FMCSC. Firstly, this paper systematically combs the research literature related to FMCG, and studies the cost control of the integrated operation of procurement-distribution in FMCSC based on the enterprise internal market system. In this paper, the cost optimization model of single fast moving consumer goods with no time limit and the cost optimization model of multiple fast moving consumer goods with time limit constraints are established respectively. The former mainly analyzes the cost optimization model of purchasing products in the process of purchasing. Without the time limit for purchasing. Logistics department what kind of procurement strategy, how to implement the strategy and how to formulate a distribution plan, in order to minimize logistics costs; The latter mainly considered the category of the purchased products and the influence of the production time window on the purchasing plan. The above model was applied to a beverage enterprise according to the actual situation. Considering the limitation of terminal warehouse to the model of distribution vehicle, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the above model. The results show that the selection of joint purchasing strategy can make full use of the total discount offered by suppliers to reduce the cost, and at the same time, the product types. The time constraint of purchasing time and the time limit of completion of purchase order play an important role in the formulation of procurement-distribution plan.
