【摘要】：随着国家新医改政策和医药流通业发展规划纲要的出台,国内的医药市场出现了群雄逐鹿的复杂局面。跨地区、跨行业的兼并重组进一步加速,“做强、做大、做优”是医药行业未来一段时间内的发展主题。恰逢此时,国药集团控股重组了四川医药集团。在这紧要关头,四川医药集团如何应对竞争对手的挑战,如何增强重组后自身的竞争优势,打造核心竞争力,是迫切需要解决的战略性问题。论文共分为七个部分,分别是引言、四川医药集团有限责任公司概况及重组背景、四川医药集团有限责任公司环境分析、国药控股对四川医药集团带来的影响、国药控股下四川医药集团有限公司战略定位与发展重点、国药控股下四川医药集团有限公司发展战略实施及对策、结论。论文第一部分主要对论文的研究背景及意义做了分析,介绍了论文研究的主要内容和思路;论文的第二部分详细介绍了四川省医药集团的概况及重组的背景;论文第三部分用PEST方法,详细介绍了目前国内医药行业的发展环境;其次对国内外医药行业的发展环境做了一定的对比分析,指出了我国医药行业存在的不足;最后针对四川医药市场,对四川医药集团公司进行了环境分析,并指出了公司发展的优势和劣势所在;论文第四部分对国药集团控股后,对公司所带来的影响做了详细的阐述;同时预测了可能由市场变化所带来的挑战及风险;论文第五部分就重组后公司发展的战略方向、重点环节和战略实施进行理论和实践做了详细的分析;论文第六部分从组织结构调整、资源整合调整、网络渠道调整、延伸产业调整、企业品牌调整五个方面,来阐述国药控股下四川医药集团公司发展战略实施方案,并在此基础上提出了一定的建议;论文第七部分是结论,对全文进行了总结。本文主要针对国药控股下四川医药集团有限公司的发展战略做了一定的研究,为重组后公司发展的战略方向、重点环节和战略实施进行理论和实践分析,并提出措施建议。也从央属国企和省属国企之间的兼并重组视角,对深化国有产权制度改革进行理论探索。可为其他医药流通企业的发展提供借鉴,对我们医药流通行业的发展也有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the national new medical reform policy and the outline of the development plan for the pharmaceutical circulation industry, the domestic pharmaceutical market has appeared a complex situation. Cross-region, cross-industry merger and reorganization further accelerated, "stronger, bigger." "making the best" is the development theme of the pharmaceutical industry for some time in the future. At this time, the Chinese medicine group has reorganized the Sichuan medicine group. At this critical juncture, the Sichuan medicine group how to deal with the challenge of its competitors. How to strengthen the competitive advantage and build the core competence after reorganization is a strategic problem that needs to be solved urgently. The paper is divided into seven parts, one is the introduction. The general situation and reorganization background of Sichuan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., the environmental analysis of Sichuan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., and the influence of Sinopharmaceutical holding on Sichuan Pharmaceutical Group. The strategic orientation and development focus of Sichuan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. under the holding of traditional Chinese Medicine, and the implementation and countermeasures of the development strategy of Sichuan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd under the holding of Chinese medicine. Conclusion: in the first part of the thesis, the background and significance of the research are analyzed, and the main contents and ideas of the research are introduced. The second part of the paper introduces the general situation of Sichuan Medical Group and the background of reorganization in detail. In the third part, the development environment of domestic medicine industry is introduced in detail by PEST method. Secondly, it makes a comparative analysis of the development environment of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical industry, and points out the shortcomings of the pharmaceutical industry in China. Finally, aiming at the Sichuan medicine market, the paper analyzes the environment of Sichuan Pharmaceutical Group Company, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the company's development. Part 4th of the paper on the holding of Chinese medicine group, the impact of the company made a detailed description; At the same time, the challenges and risks that may be brought about by market changes are predicted. In the 5th part of the thesis, the author makes a detailed analysis of the strategic direction, the key links and the implementation of the strategy after the reorganization. The paper 6th part from the organizational structure adjustment, the resources conformity adjustment, the network channel adjustment, the extension industry adjustment, the enterprise brand adjustment five aspects. To explain the implementation of the development strategy of Sichuan Pharmaceutical Group Company under the holding of Chinese medicine, and put forward some suggestions on this basis; Part 7th is the conclusion of the paper, the full text is summarized. This paper mainly focused on the development strategy of Sichuan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. under the holding of Chinese medicine, which is the strategic direction of the development of the company after the reorganization. The key links and strategic implementation of the theoretical and practical analysis, and put forward measures. Also from the central state-owned enterprises and provincial state-owned enterprises between the perspective of merger and reorganization. The theoretical exploration of deepening the reform of state-owned property right system can provide reference for the development of other pharmaceutical circulation enterprises, and also has certain reference value for the development of our pharmaceutical circulation industry.
