昌黎县葡萄酒产业现状调查与分析

【摘要】：本论文采用资料收集和实地调查的方式，对河北省昌黎县历年酿酒葡萄的面积、产量、价格、效益变化，以及葡萄酒企业的数量，葡萄酒销售量、销售收入和利税变化进行调查分析。得出了昌黎县优越的地理位置、独特的地貌特征、良好的土壤及气象生态条件，具备了发展酿酒葡萄的产业基础。昌黎县葡萄酒产业已从快速增长期进入战略调整期。分析了制约昌黎县葡萄酒产业发展的因素有以下方面：基地建设薄弱，不利于产区的可持续发展；同质化现象严重，个性化发展特征不明显；无节制贴牌灌装，与产区的发展形象不符；酿酒葡萄种植面积不断萎缩；缺乏系统的产业战略规划；缺少能够提升产区形象的价值标杆；相关配套产业的发展较为滞后；缺乏可发展的新颖产业链模式。结合昌黎县的葡萄酒产业现状和存在问题，本文提出了昌黎县葡萄酒产业的发展思路：高站位制定系统的葡萄酒产业战略规划；高标准抓好酒葡萄基地建设；做好龙头企业培育；带动产业集群发展；加大对原产地品牌的塑造和提升，推进葡萄酒文化建设；发挥区优势，提高产业化水平；建立标准化体系，，完善标准化管理；进一步完善企业与基地利益机制；进一步延伸产业链条。本文指在通过对昌黎县酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒产业的现状分析，找出制约其发展存在的问题，为昌黎县葡萄酒产业的良性健康发展提供战略思路。
[Abstract]:In this paper, by means of data collection and field investigation, the area, output, price, benefit change of wine grape in Changli County, Hebei Province, as well as the number of wine enterprises and the wine sales volume are analyzed. The changes of sales income and profits and taxes were investigated and analyzed. The superior geographical location, unique geomorphological features, good soil and meteorological ecological conditions of Changli County were obtained. The wine industry of Changli County has been changed from the period of rapid growth to the period of strategic adjustment. The factors restricting the development of wine industry in Changli County are as follows: the base construction is weak. It is not conducive to the sustainable development of the producing areas; The phenomenon of homogenization is serious and the characteristic of individualized development is not obvious. The unrestrained paste card filling does not accord with the development image of the producing area; The acreage of wine grape is shrinking; Lack of systematic industrial strategic planning; Lack of value benchmarking to improve the image of the producing areas; The development of related industries lags behind; Lack of a developable new industrial chain model. Combined with the present situation and existing problems of the wine industry in Changli County, this paper puts forward the development ideas of the wine industry in Changli County: making a systematic strategic plan for the wine industry at a high station; High standard should be attached to the construction of wine and grape base; To do a good job in the cultivation of leading enterprises; Promoting the development of industrial clusters; To increase the creation and promotion of the brand of origin to promote the construction of wine culture; Give full play to the advantages of the region and improve the level of industrialization; Establishing standardization system and perfecting standardization management; Further improve the benefit mechanism of enterprises and bases; Further extend the industrial chain. This paper points out that by analyzing the present situation of wine grape and wine industry in Changli County, we can find out the problems that restrict its development, and provide strategic thinking for the healthy development of wine industry in Changli County.
