供电公司全员绩效管理信息系统开发与评价研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展,在现代企业经营管理中,绩效管理在企业人力资源管理占据着极其重要的作用。通过绩效管理,,企业可以实现长远战略,同时激励员工开发潜能,提高企业竞争实力。绩效管理信息系统是人力资源管理的一个重要组成部分,是提供给企业实现绩效考核、绩效管理及人员管理的综合信息管理系统。 本文以供电公司全员绩效管理信息系统为例,针对公司内部各单位间信息系统相互独立或有的单位未使用,在这种形式条件下,很难满足公司当前业务发展的需求,而且各种基础数据无法共享,信息不畅并且相对独立,因此,提出建立全员绩效管理信息系统,进而消灭“信息孤岛”,在一定程度上满足了业务需求,推动公司绩效管理信息化的建设。 本文主要研究了以下内容:搜集阅读国内外信息系统开发研究的文献,分析研究了全员绩效管理信息系统的开发方法,同时了解信息系统开发的国内外研究现状,提出本课题研究的背景和意义;对全员绩效管理与信息开发理论做了概述,介绍了全员绩效管理的定义、特点以及作用;提出了全员绩效管理信息系统总体设计方案,分析了信息系统建设的必要性,同时也对系统的可行性做了分析;对全员绩效管理信息系统进行功能模块设计,划分了6个模块,并对各个模块做了详细概述;对全员绩效管理信息系统进行设计,基于实体理论重点设计了全员绩效管理信息系统数据库模式,最后提出了全员绩效管理信息系统综合评估指标体系,应用梯形模糊数方法对全员绩效管理信息系统的运行进行分析评价。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, in the modern enterprise management, performance management plays a very important role in the enterprise human resources management. Through performance management, enterprises can achieve long-term strategy, and motivate employees to develop potential, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The performance management information system is an important part of human resources management. Is to provide the enterprise performance evaluation, comprehensive information management system of performance management and personnel management.
All staff performance management information system based on the power supply company as an example, according to the information system of each unit within the company are independent or some units are not used in this form of conditions, it is difficult to meet the needs of the development of the business of the company, and all kinds of basic data can not be shared, poor information and relatively independent, therefore, proposed the establishment of full system performance management information, and eliminate the "information island", to a certain extent to meet the business needs, promote the construction of company performance management.
This paper mainly studies the following contents: collect research information system development at home and reading the literature development method to analyze the system of employee performance management information, and to understand the status of research on information system development at home and abroad, put forward the research background and significance; on the whole performance management and information development theory overview, introduced the definition of employee performance management, characteristic and function; put forward the overall design scheme of the overall performance management information system, analyzes the necessity of the construction of information system, and also analyzes the feasibility of the system; function module design of the system overall performance management information, divided into 6 modules, and each module in detail overview of system design; the overall performance management information, entity theory focus on the design of the whole performance management information system model based on database, Finally, a comprehensive evaluation index system of the whole performance management information system is put forward, and trapezoid fuzzy number method is applied to analyze and evaluate the performance of the whole performance management information system.
