【摘要】:随着中国汽车市场逐步走向成熟,汽车售后市场的发展潜力开始逐步释放,,备件业务战略重要性逐步提升,并将成为未来市场竞争的关键领域之一。国内车企的备件业务战略重新定位正处于关键阶段,备件供应链管理比传统的整车生产供应链管理复杂度更高。挑战主要源于巨大的备件品种数量、不稳定而难以预测的需求、及整体供应和配送网络的复杂性。中国整车企业目前在提升整体售后服务水平上面临的最主要的障碍存在于计划预测能力、备件供货的可靠性和稳定性、物流运作的可控性等领域。 本文立足于一汽-大众奥迪备件管理业务中的几个核心业务模块,深入分析各个业务模块的操作流程及业务现状,对制约一汽-大众奥迪备件运营管理的问题进行了深入细致的研究。首先针对备件筹措效率低等问题提出引入科学先进的售后备件预测管理工具,同时加强供应商协同管理;对于由于价格因素导致的原装备件市场份额的流失问题,本文通过结合内外部环境对原装备件的优劣势进行深入分析,提出建立市场导向的价格体系,同时应该依靠现有的法规政策加强供应商行为及市场监管力度;而对于仓储物流方面的问题,本文论述了买断式仓储管理的可行性,同时提出加强中转库管理考核的建议。 本文从一汽-大众奥迪备件管理现状出发,通过对现实问题的针对性分析和研究,意图能够发现制约一汽-大众奥迪备件业务发展的问题所在。结合相关理论,提出具有针对性的解决对策以期帮助一汽-大众奥迪提高原装备件市场占有率,降低运营成本,提升原装备件竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the Chinese automobile market gradually maturing, the development potential of the automobile after-sale market is gradually released, and the strategic importance of spare parts business is gradually enhanced. And will become one of the key areas of market competition in the future. The domestic auto enterprise spare parts business strategy re-positioning is at a critical stage. The supply chain management of spare parts is more complex than the traditional supply chain management of vehicle production. The challenge is mainly due to the large number of spare parts, unstable and unpredictable demand. And the complexity of the whole supply and distribution network. The most important obstacle for the Chinese automobile enterprises to improve the overall after-sales service level lies in the planning forecasting ability, the reliability and stability of the spare parts supply. Logistics operation controllability and other areas. This paper is based on several core business modules in FAW-VW Audi spare parts management business, in-depth analysis of the operation process and business status of each business module. The problems restricting FAW-VW Audi spare parts operation and management are studied deeply and meticulously. Firstly, aiming at the low efficiency of spare parts financing, a scientific and advanced aftermarket spare parts forecasting management tool is put forward. At the same time, strengthen the supplier coordination management; For the loss of the original spare parts market share caused by the price factors, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the original spare parts by combining the internal and external environment, and puts forward the establishment of a market-oriented price system. At the same time, we should rely on the existing laws and policies to strengthen supplier behavior and market supervision; For the problems of warehousing logistics, this paper discusses the feasibility of buy-out warehouse management, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the examination of transfer warehouse management. This paper starts from FAW-Volkswagen Audi spare parts management status, through the practical problems of targeted analysis and research. The purpose is to find the problems that restrict the development of FAW-VW Audi spare parts business. Combined with relevant theories, this paper puts forward targeted solutions in order to help FAW-VW Audi increase the market share of original spare parts. Reduce operating costs and improve the competitiveness of original spare parts.
