ZJ公司企业文化建设优化研究

【摘要】:企业文化作为企业发展战略中不可或缺的一环,对企业形成不可复制的核心竞争力至关重要。作为国内知名的大型综合性施工企业,ZJ公司在62年的发展历程中形成了具有一定特色的企业文化,然而ZJ公司当前阶段的企业文化建设与激烈的市场竞争并不相吻合,出现了大量问题。为了在未来的市场竞争中占据有利地位,ZJ公司的企业文化建设优化工作刻不容缓。 本文首先介绍了企业文化的内涵以及其基本组成部分,接下来作者通过调查问卷与实地访谈等方式收集到大量资料以了解ZJ公司的企业文化建设现状,并基于企业文化理论从物质文化、行为文化、制度文化、精神文化等四个方面对ZJ公司企业文化现状进行分析,认为ZJ公司的企业文化建设存在如下问题:沟通机制不健全,渠道不畅通;员工对企业文化认识不足,参与企业文化建设活动的积极性不够等。针对上述问题,本文从如下四个方面着手给出了解决之策:改善企业物质文化,完善企业行为建设,深化企业制度文化建设,加强企业精神文化建设。最后本文设计了ZJ公司企业文化建设优化的实施方案,具体分为三个步骤:文化统领阶段,行为落实阶段,全面提升阶段。每一阶段都阐述了当年度的具体目标、建设重点、以及想要达到的效果。然后就每一阶段的具体任务分别从目标、方法、步骤以及要求等方面展开详细的阐述,并提出相应的保障措施。 本文以企业文化的基础理论为指导,针对ZJ公司所处的行业特点,企业文化建设现状及所存在的问题,提出了崭新的ZJ公司企业文化建设优化方案,对于提升ZJ公司的经营管理水平,促进ZJ公司发展壮大具有深远的意义。与此同时,也能为当前我国国有企业尤其是建筑施工行业的相关企业开展企业文化建设工作提供有益参考。图
[Abstract]:Corporate culture as an indispensable part of the enterprise development strategy, It is very important for enterprises to form non-replicable core competitiveness. As a well-known large comprehensive construction enterprise in China, ZJ Company has formed a certain characteristic enterprise culture in the course of 62 years of development. However, the construction of corporate culture in the current stage of ZJ Company does not coincide with the fierce market competition, and there are a lot of problems. In order to occupy a favorable position in the future market competition, it is urgent for ZJ Company to optimize the construction of corporate culture. This paper first introduces the connotation of corporate culture and its basic components. Then the author collects a lot of information through questionnaire and field interviews to understand the current situation of corporate culture construction in ZJ Company. Based on the theory of corporate culture, this paper analyzes the present situation of ZJ company's corporate culture from four aspects: material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture, and concludes that the corporate culture construction of ZJ company has the following problems: the communication mechanism is not perfect. The channel is not smooth, the staff is not aware of the enterprise culture, and the enthusiasm of participating in the enterprise culture construction is not enough. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the solutions from the following four aspects: improving the enterprise material culture, Finally, this paper designs the implementation plan of the optimization of the corporate culture construction of ZJ Company, which is divided into three steps: the stage of cultural leadership. The behavior implementation stage, the overall promotion stage. Each stage describes the specific objectives of the current year, the key points of construction, and the desired results. Then the specific tasks of each stage are divided into goals and methods. The steps and requirements are elaborated in detail, and the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward. Under the guidance of the basic theory of corporate culture, according to the characteristics of the industry, the present situation and the existing problems of the corporate culture construction, this paper puts forward a new optimization scheme for the enterprise culture construction of ZJ Company. It is of great significance to improve the management level of ZJ Company and promote the development and growth of ZJ Company. At the same time, It can also provide a useful reference for the current state-owned enterprises, especially the related enterprises in the construction industry, to carry out the enterprise culture construction work.
