【摘要】：有色金属企业集团化、国际化,是有色金属行业发展的重要方向。基于事件研究的方法,从主并企业的角度对有色金属上市公司的短期并购绩效进行了实证研究,分析得出1 2009年以后发生的并购事件中,获得正的财富效应的样本呈上升趋势;2 2004年~2010年的并购样本67起并购事件中,有5起未通过显著性检验,34起并购事件的并购样本获得了正的财富效应,28个样本获得了负的财富效应;3有色金属行业上市公司在并购过程中,能获得短期并购绩效。
[Abstract]:The integration and internationalization of nonferrous metal enterprises is an important direction in the development of non-ferrous metal industry. Based on the method of event research, the paper makes an empirical study on the short-term merger and acquisition performance of non-ferrous metal listed companies from the perspective of the main and concurrent enterprises. The analysis shows that in the M & A events after 2009, the positive wealth effect samples are on the rise. 2 from 2004 to 2010, there are 67 M & A events. Five M & A samples without significant test and 34 M & A samples obtained positive wealth effects, and 28 samples obtained negative wealth effects. In the process of M & A, the listed companies in non-ferrous metals industry can achieve short-term M & A performance.
