C太阳能公司现金流管理研究

【摘要】:财务管理作为企业经营管理活动中重要的组成部分,对企业的经营和发展具有重要作用。在理论和实践发展的历程中,财务管理目标已实现从资产规模与产值最大化、利润最大化向企业价值最大化转变,相应的财务管理对象也从以资产管理为中心、成本费用管理为中心转变为以现金流管理为中心。 现金流与利润相比自身具有优越性,它是企业实实在在掌握的资源,体现了企业资产的流动性、偿债能力、未来发展的内在潜力和理财水平。现金短缺和现金流转不畅是企业经营失败的重要原因,充足的现金流则能够为企业扩大再生产进而实现企业价值最大化提供资金支持。现金流是企业经营的生命线,对企业的生存和发展具有重大意义,所以说企业必须对现金流给予足够的重视,加强自身现金流管理。 经济全球化、金融危机以及激烈的市场竞争使企业面临的环境日趋复杂多变,面对考验,为了实现企业价值最大化,企业必须树立“现金为王”的管理理念,充分运用现金流管理方法和手段,加强自身现金流管理水平,提升企业创现能力。 现金流管理理念自提出以来,已形成比较完善的理论体系,然而实践中,我国许多企业对现金流的重要性认知不足,财务管理活动依然是以利润管理为核心,没有把现金流管理有效纳入自身经营管理体系。现金流管理理念的缺失、现金流管理手段的缺乏致使许多企业生产经营过程中出现资金短缺、流动性不足等问题,其中有些企业会因为资金链断裂而陷入财务困境。 本论文基于我国企业现金流管理普遍缺失的背景下,以C太阳能公司为例对企业现金流管理进行探讨,以企业价值最大化为目标,通过引入现金流评价指标、分析现金流量表等财务数据,,结合后金融危机下宏观环境和行业情况,把握企业现金流管理现状,通过分析企业现金流管理中存在的问题、成因并提出针对性的改进建议,以提高企业风险防范能力和创现能力,提升企业实力,并希望通过案例研究为其他企业加强现金流管理提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Financial management, as an important part of enterprise management activities, plays an important role in the management and development of enterprises. In the course of the development of theory and practice, the goal of financial management has been realized from the maximization of assets scale and output value. The profit maximization changes to the enterprise value maximization, the corresponding financial management object also changes from taking the asset management as the center, the cost expense management as the center, and the cash flow management as the center. The cash flow has the superiority compared with the profit itself, it is the enterprise actually grasps the resources, has manifested the enterprise assets liquidity, the repayment ability, The inherent potential and financial management level of future development, cash shortage and poor cash flow are the important reasons for the failure of business operation. Sufficient cash flow can provide capital support for enterprises to expand reproduction and realize the maximization of enterprise value. Cash flow is the lifeline of enterprise management and has great significance for the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises must pay enough attention to cash flow and strengthen their cash flow management. Economic globalization, financial crisis and fierce market competition make the environment of enterprises increasingly complex and changeable. In order to maximize the value of enterprises, enterprises must set up the management concept of "cash as king". Make full use of cash flow management methods and means, strengthen their own cash flow management level, enhance the ability of creating cash. Since the concept of cash flow management has been put forward, it has formed a relatively perfect theoretical system. However, in practice, many enterprises in our country do not know enough about the importance of cash flow, and the core of financial management is still profit management. The lack of cash flow management concept and the lack of cash flow management means lead to the shortage of funds and liquidity in the process of production and operation of many enterprises, such as the lack of cash flow management concept, the lack of cash flow management means, and so on. Some of them will fall into financial distress because of the breakage of the capital chain. Based on the general lack of cash flow management in Chinese enterprises, this paper takes C Solar Company as an example to discuss the cash flow management of enterprises, aiming at maximizing the value of enterprises and introducing the cash flow evaluation index. This paper analyzes the financial data such as cash flow statement, combines the macro environment and industry situation under the post-financial crisis, grasps the present situation of cash flow management of enterprises, analyzes the problems existing in cash flow management of enterprises, causes the causes, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. In order to improve the ability of risk prevention and creation of enterprises, enhance the strength of enterprises, and hope to provide reference and reference for other enterprises to strengthen cash flow management through the case study.
