N市烟草公司企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:烟草行业属于国家垄断行业,我国烟草行业实行了“统一领导、垂直管理、专卖专营”的管理体制,随着烟草企业面临着内外部严峻的竞争压力,加强企业内部管理并逐步提升管理水平,培育公司发展的核心竞争力,已经成为全行业企业发展的必由之路。而企业文化作为企业经营管理不可或缺的重要组成部分,已经成为管理者不可忽视的软实力,越来越被烟草行业企业关注和重视。本文运用现代管理理论对N市烟草公司企业文化建设的关键问题进行了剖析,研究结果认为:首先,N市烟草公司企业文化建设上进行了深入有效的探索和实践,也取得了很好的成效,对于推动公司发展起到了积极的成效。其次,N市烟草公司企业文化建设也存在着不少问题和不足,制约着企业文化建设进一步发展,既有历史遗留问题,也有新形势下产生的新情况,这些问题不解决好,企业文化建设的成效将会受到影响。第三,根据对N市烟草公司企业文化建设的分析,本文从系统的角度对公司企业文化建设的指导思想和基本原则、基本内容和要求、主要途径和方法等进行了全面的阐述,力求能够对公司企业文化建设的系统性和完整性有所帮助。最后,本文从组织保障、机构保障、机制保障、资金保障、制度保障、人才保障等方面对公司企业文化建设的开展提出了保障措施。 本文在研究过程中运用专题调研、个人访谈、资料查阅等研究方法,全方位对N市烟草公司的企业文化建设现状进行分析诊断,寻找到该公司企业文化建设存在的问题和不足,并坚持理论研究与应用研究相结合、定性研究与定量研究相结合的原则,提出促进该公司企业文化建设的对策及建议。鉴于本人水平以及本文写作过程中的各种约束,本论文还存在许多不足之处,需要未来在工作实践中继续思考和总结。
[Abstract]:The tobacco industry belongs to the state monopoly industry. The tobacco industry in our country has implemented the management system of "unified leadership, vertical management and monopoly". With the tobacco enterprises facing severe competition pressure from inside and outside, Strengthening the internal management of the enterprise and gradually improving the management level, cultivating the core competitiveness of the development of the company has become the only way for the development of the whole industry. It has become a soft power that can not be ignored by managers, and has been paid more and more attention to by enterprises in tobacco industry. This paper analyzes the key problems in the construction of enterprise culture of tobacco companies in N city by using modern management theory. The results show that: first of all, the enterprise culture construction of the tobacco company in Zen City has been deeply and effectively explored and put into practice, and it has also achieved good results. It has played a positive role in promoting the development of the company. Secondly, there are also many problems and deficiencies in the construction of enterprise culture of tobacco companies in Nian City, which restrict the further development of the construction of enterprise culture, and have some problems left over from history. There are also new situations arising under the new situation. If these problems are not solved well, the effectiveness of enterprise culture construction will be affected. Third, according to the analysis of the enterprise culture construction of N City Tobacco Company, In this paper, the guiding ideology and basic principles, basic contents and requirements, main ways and methods of corporate culture construction are expounded in a systematic way. Finally, this paper focuses on organizational, institutional, institutional, financial, institutional, institutional, and institutional support. Talent security and other aspects of the development of the company's corporate culture security measures. In the course of the research, this paper uses research methods such as special research, personal interview, data reference, etc., to analyze and diagnose the present situation of enterprise culture construction of tobacco company in N city. To find out the problems and shortcomings of the company's corporate culture construction, and adhere to the principle of combining theoretical research with applied research, qualitative research and quantitative research. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of corporate culture. In view of my level and various constraints in the process of writing, there are still many deficiencies in this paper, which need to be further considered and summarized in the future work practice.
