贝朗医疗器械北京公司在华发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着我国医改政策的不断深化,,我国政府对农村基层市场以及社区基层医疗机构建设投入了大量的资金,我国医疗机构数目持续增长,这种稳定增长趋势将带来大量医疗基础设施的资金投入,医疗器械作为基础设施中的重要组成部分之一,必然会使整个医疗器械行业扩容,直接为医疗器械企业带来更多的收益。 贝朗医疗器械北京公司是一家德国医疗器械企业,贝朗医疗器械北京公司要想在激烈的市场竞争中获得优势,就必须把握内外部环境的变化,认清企业优势和劣势,以及面临的机会和威胁。在此基础上制定出适合贝朗公司发展的新战略,扩大企业市场占有率。 研究主要内容有:第1章为绪论,提出论文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意义、研究内容、研究方法以及论文创新之处。第2章贝朗公司内部环境分析,主要从公司发展历史和公司内部竞争力两方面进行详细的分析。第3章贝朗公司外部环境分析,首先对贝朗公司所处的宏观环境、医疗器械产业内部环境进行分析,从而制定出适合贝朗公司发展的战略组合。第4章明确了公司战略定位和战略发展目标后,为贝朗公司制定战略发展新方案。第5章贝朗公司发展战略实施的保障措施,确保战略的顺利实现。第6章分析了我国医疗器械行业现状以及存在的问题,借鉴贝朗公司的经营成功之道,提出我国医疗器械企业发展的对策,帮助我国医疗器械企业提高国内外市场占有率。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of our medical reform policy, our government has invested a lot of funds into the rural grassroots market and the construction of community primary medical institutions, and the number of medical institutions in our country has continued to grow. This steady growth trend will bring a large amount of investment in medical infrastructure. As an important part of the infrastructure, medical devices will inevitably expand the capacity of the entire medical device industry. Directly for the medical device enterprises to bring more revenue. Beilang Medical Devices Beijing Company is a German medical device company. In order to gain an advantage in the fierce market competition, Beilang Medical Devices Beijing Company must grasp the changes of internal and external environment and recognize the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises. And the opportunities and threats faced. On this basis, to formulate a new strategy suitable for the development of the company, expand the market share of the enterprise. The main contents of the study are as follows: chapter 1 is the introduction, which puts forward the background, purpose, significance, research content, research method and innovation of the thesis. Mainly from the company's development history and the company's internal competitiveness two aspects to carry on the detailed analysis. Chapter 3, the third chapter of the company's external environment analysis, first of all, the company's macro environment, medical equipment industry internal environment analysis, Chapter 4 defines the company's strategic orientation and strategic development objectives, and then formulates a new strategic development plan for the company. Chapter 5 provides the safeguard measures for the implementation of the development strategy of the company. Chapter 6 analyzes the current situation and existing problems of medical device industry in China, draws lessons from the successful management of Berang Company, and puts forward the countermeasures for the development of medical device enterprises in China. To help our medical device enterprises to improve the market share at home and abroad.
