精益六西格玛在汽车零部件企业的应用研究

【摘要】:伴随着日趋竞争的市场和全世界经济不断的变化,企业面对的竞争压力空前绝后,,越来越大。提高质量、降低成本和缩短周期是企业不断进步和获取最大利润的重要手段。精益生产和六西格玛正是能满足上述要求的创新管理模式。为了向顾客提供高质量的产品和服务,许多的企业开始注意并践行精益六西格玛,目的是在增加速度、减少成本的同时给客户带来高质量的产品和服务。我国汽车零部件企业需要推行精益六西格玛管理,必须结合行业特点以及企业自身的条件,摸索出属于自己独有的实施方法。因此,以我国汽车零部件企业管理现状为蓝本,详细研究分析精益六西格玛的实施过程,为有意推行并应用精益六西格玛的国内企业,尤其是汽车制造业提供借鉴和参考。 本论文首先研究精益六西格玛的基础理论,在明确精益生产和六西格玛各自优点与缺点的基础之上,构建精益六西格玛的管理模型。其次,归纳总结国内汽车零部件企业的现状以及在实施精益六西格玛创新管理体系的过程中所面临的困难。再次,以某汽车零部件企业的BH汽车密封条生产线为例作实例分析,并且总结与改进最后的实施结果。最后,给出实施精益六西格玛成功的关键步骤,包括流程的确定、工具的选择、执行的组织结构。详细的研究实施过程中的四个阶段十一大步骤,可以为我国汽车零部件企业推行精益六西格玛提供参考与支持。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly competitive market and the constant changes in the world economy, enterprises are facing unprecedented competitive pressure, increasing. Improve the quality, Cost reduction and cycle reduction are important means for enterprises to make continuous progress and maximize profits. Lean production and six Sigma are innovative management models that can meet these requirements. In order to provide high quality products and services to customers, Many enterprises have begun to pay attention to and practice Lean six Sigma, with the aim of increasing speed and reducing costs while bringing high quality products and services to customers. We must combine the characteristics of the industry and the conditions of the enterprises to find out their own unique implementation methods. Therefore, taking the current management situation of automobile parts enterprises in China as the blueprint, we should study and analyze the implementation process of Lean six Sigma in detail. It provides reference and reference for domestic enterprises that intend to promote and apply Lean six Sigma, especially automobile manufacturing industry. In this paper, the basic theory of Lean six Sigma is studied, and the management model of Lean six Sigma is constructed on the basis of defining the advantages and disadvantages of lean production and six Sigma. The present situation of domestic auto parts enterprises and the difficulties encountered in implementing Lean six Sigma innovation management system are summarized. Thirdly, taking BH automobile seal production line of a car parts enterprise as an example, the paper analyzes the problems encountered in the process of implementing Lean six Sigma Innovation Management system. Finally, the key steps for the successful implementation of Lean six Sigma are given, including process determination, tool selection, Detailed study on the four stages and eleven steps in the implementation process can provide reference and support for the implementation of Lean six Sigma in China's auto parts enterprises.
