【摘要】:近年来,许多国内外知名企业通过在海外进行本土化经营实现了在海外的快速发展,成为国际型大公司。通过本土化经营可以实现对当地资源的充分利用,加快进入当地市场,降低企业在东道国的经营风险,从而提高公司在当地市场的竞争力并扎根于当地。相对于其他行业,我国建筑企业走出去较早,但在本土化经营方面却远没有其他行业成熟,始终缺乏本土化经营理念。由于海外市场竞争越来越激烈以及建筑企业拓展海外市场的迫切性都要求建筑企业实施海外本土化经营,提高本土化经营能力,实现在海外市场的快速成长。 本文首先界定了本土化经营的内涵,建立了本土化经营理论架构并阐述了本土化经营所经历的阶段过程,以此构成本土化经营的理论基础。其次,针对我国建筑企业海外发展情况以及建筑行业特殊性,分析了我国建筑企业海外发展存在问题的原因及本土化经营的动因。然后,分析了建筑企业海外本土化经营战略表现,并总结了国内外建筑企业及其他企业的本土化经营经验启示,对本土化经营战略进行了举证,并借鉴其成功之处。最后,在前文分析的基础上,提出了提升我国建筑企业海外本土化经营能力的措施及建议,旨在提高我国建筑企业海外本土化经营的水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many well-known enterprises at home and abroad have realized their rapid development overseas and become large international companies through their local operations. Through local management, they can make full use of local resources and speed up their entry into the local market. Reduce the business risk of the enterprise in the host country, thus improve the competitiveness of the company in the local market and take root in the local.Compared with other industries, the construction enterprises of our country go out earlier, but in the aspect of local management, they are far from mature in other industries. Because the competition of overseas market is more and more fierce and the urgency of construction enterprises to expand overseas market, construction enterprises are required to carry out overseas localization management and improve their local management ability. To achieve rapid growth in overseas markets. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of the localization management, establishes the theoretical framework of the localization management, and expounds the stage process of the localization management, which constitutes the theoretical basis of the localization management. In view of the overseas development of Chinese construction enterprises and the particularity of the construction industry, this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the overseas development of Chinese construction enterprises and the reasons for the localization of management. Then, the paper analyzes the strategic performance of the overseas localization management of the construction enterprises. And summarized the domestic and foreign construction enterprise and other enterprises localization management experience enlightenment, has carried on the proof to the localization management strategy, and draws lessons from its success. This paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the overseas localization management ability of Chinese construction enterprises in order to improve the level of overseas localization management of Chinese construction enterprises.
