基于灰色关联的山东省制造业与物流业联动发展研究

【摘要】：近年来，人们越来越重视制造业与物流业联动发展的问题。制造业的发展壮大需要物流业提供专业化的服务做支撑，外包其非核心业务的制造企业可以提升自身的核心竞争力、降低运营成本；物流业的发展则依靠制造业服务需求的释放。目前山东省制造业还存在产业链附加值不高的现象，物流业的发展要滞后于制造业，因此研究山东省制造业与物流业联动发展问题不仅对制造业和物流业各自的发展有利，而且对山东省整个国民经济的发展和经济增长方式的转变都有着重要的现实意义。本文在查阅了大量的文献资料和已有的研究成果的基础上，以山东省制造业与物流业为研究对象，以灰色关联理论为研究基础，以灰色关联模型为方法，综合运用定性与定量相结合的方法，，对两者的协调发展状况进行研究。论文分析了山东省物流业与制造业的发展现状以及两者协调发展的现状，总结分析了制造业与物流业联动发展的机理、模式和路径；对山东省制造业与物流业联动发展存在的问题进行了分析，通过收集山东省2002～2012年制造业与物流业的相关数据，建立了灰色关联模型，对山东省现阶段制造业与物流业协调发展水平进行了定量评价与实证分析，并明确了严重影响制造业发展的物流因素以及影响物流业发展的制造业因素；最后从制造业、物流业、政府等角度提出了推动了山东省制造业与物流业联动发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry. The development of manufacturing industry needs specialized services to support the development of manufacturing industry. The manufacturing enterprises that outsource their non-core business can enhance their core competitiveness. The development of the logistics industry depends on the release of the service demand of the manufacturing industry. At present, the manufacturing industry in Shandong Province still has a phenomenon that the added value of the industrial chain is not high, and the development of the logistics industry has to lag behind the manufacturing industry. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Shandong Province, not only for the development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry, but also for the development of the whole national economy and the transformation of economic growth mode in Shandong Province. On the basis of consulting a lot of literature and existing research results, this paper takes the manufacturing and logistics industry of Shandong Province as the research object, takes the grey relation theory as the research foundation, and takes the grey relational model as the method. The paper analyzes the current situation of logistics industry and manufacturing industry in Shandong Province and the current situation of coordinated development of the two industries by means of the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. This paper summarizes and analyzes the mechanism, mode and path of the linkage development between manufacturing industry and logistics industry, analyzes the problems existing in the linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Shandong Province, and collects the relevant data between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Shandong Province from 2002 to 2012. This paper establishes the grey relational model, carries on the quantitative evaluation and the empirical analysis to the coordinated development level of the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry in Shandong Province at present, and clarifies the logistics factors which seriously affect the development of the manufacturing industry and the manufacturing factors that affect the development of the logistics industry. Finally, from the angles of manufacturing industry, logistics industry and government, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Shandong Province.
