建筑工程项目绿色施工评价体系研究

【摘要】:建筑业作为我国的支柱产业之一,在为我国的经济发展做出突出贡献的同时,也消耗了大量的资源和能源,对环境产生了一些负面影响。因此,建筑行业的可持续发展的战略推广刻不容缓。要实现建筑行业的可持续发展,就必须要对建筑工程项目的整个流程进行严格管理,而施工阶段是建筑工程项目中最重要的一个环节,该环节与周围环境的联系最为密切,是实践建筑业可持续发展理念的关键所在。绿色施工就是在其中发展出来的一种施工理念,该理念的核心就是要实现建筑相关资源的高效利用,通过低能耗的建设过程实现与环境的和谐共处。所以,建筑行业在施工阶段践行可持续发展理念的关键就是如何践行绿色施工,而具备科学性和可操作性的评价体系则能够为绿色施工的发展提供标准和规范,将极大地促进绿色施工流程的发展,对于建筑行业的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文结合我国建筑行业的发展实际,借鉴国内外先进的绿色建筑评价指标体系的经验,建立起一套相对完备,且具备实用价值的绿色建筑评价指标体系,以期通过这一体系划定建筑工程的等级,推动我国绿色施工的进步。其主要内容有:(1)以建筑工程的绿色施工为基础,在深入研究绿色施工的概念、可持续发展的内涵和综合评定方法的基础上,概括出绿色施工的体系内核,即“四节一环保”和绿色施工管理,并对其中的每一个重要方面进行了深入的分析。(2)从国内外绿色建筑评价体系的发展脉络、指标内涵和评定结果入手,系统分析了建筑施工过程中的“非环保”因素,综合我国的建筑行业的施工特点和国内的建筑规范要求,从“四节一环保”和施工管理的角度构建起了完备的绿色施工评价指标体系。(3)由于绿色施工的过程涉及项目较多,影响因素广泛,评定层次复杂,所以该体系也是一个综合性较强的系统,本文将研究得到的绿色施工评价指标体系和相应模型,以金鸡小区B地块的工程为例,进行了应用化的分析,以此验证本文的指标体系的合理性和应用能力。
[Abstract]:As one of the pillar industries in China, the construction industry has made outstanding contributions to the economic development of our country, but also consumed a lot of resources and energy, which has had some negative effects on the environment. In order to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry, we must strictly manage the whole process of the construction project. The construction stage is the most important link in the construction project, which is most closely related to the surrounding environment. Green construction is a construction concept developed in the construction industry. The core of the concept is to realize the efficient use of building related resources. Through the construction process of low energy consumption to achieve harmonious coexistence with the environment, therefore, the key to implement the concept of sustainable development in the construction stage of the construction industry is how to practice green construction. The scientific and operational evaluation system can provide standards and norms for the development of green construction, and will greatly promote the development of green construction process. It is of great significance to the sustainable development of the construction industry. This paper combines the development practice of the construction industry in our country, draws lessons from the experience of the advanced evaluation index system of the green building at home and abroad, and establishes a set of relatively complete, And the evaluation index system of green building with practical value, with a view to delimiting the grade of construction project and promoting the progress of green construction in our country through this system, the main content of which is: 1) based on the green construction of building engineering. On the basis of deeply studying the concept of green construction, the connotation of sustainable development and the comprehensive evaluation method, this paper summarizes the system kernel of green construction, that is, "four sections and one environmental protection" and green construction management. This paper also makes a deep analysis of every important aspect of it. (2) starting with the development, index connotation and evaluation results of the evaluation system of green building at home and abroad, this paper systematically analyzes the "non-environmental protection" factors in the process of building construction. Based on the construction characteristics of the construction industry in China and the requirements of the domestic building codes, a complete evaluation index system of green construction has been constructed from the point of view of "four sections and one environmental protection" and construction management.) because the process of green construction involves more projects, there are many projects involved in the process of green construction. The influence factors are extensive and the evaluation level is complex, so the system is also a comprehensive system. This paper will study the green construction evaluation index system and the corresponding model, taking the project of Jinji plot B as an example. The application analysis is carried out to verify the rationality and application ability of the index system.
