面向订单的成套电器企业项目全生命周期管理模式与系统研究

【摘要】:随着中国市场经济体制的纵深发展及全球经济一体化的加剧,国内成套电器制造企业的竞争也日趋激烈。成套电器制造企业面对众多影响该类企业订单交付的因素和复杂多变的外部环境,对比装备制造企业和流程制造企业,对项目全生命周期的控制能力成为该类企业提升订单交付水平,提高企业项目运行能力的突破口。 面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,国内大多数成套电器制造企业的订单项目管理仍然采用传统手工的方式,导致企业应对快速变化的响应能力无法进一步提升,订单周期冗长,削弱了企业的竞争力。因此,成套电器产品制造企业迫切需要利用信息化手段来提高对订单项目全生命周期的控制能力,解决订单项目管理过程中订单多样化、敏捷化的难点,提高企业综合实力。本文针对成套电器产品项目运行过程中的问题和需求,结合ERP/MRPII等先进管理思想和技术方法,对成套电器产品项目全生命周期管理模式进行了分析和研究。 因此,在调研及分析成套电器产品项目运行全生命周期特点和需求的基础上,提出了一种面向订单的成套电器企业项目全生命周期管理模式,并对相关关键业务流程及策略进行了研究,对该模式下的信息系统进行了总体设计,以帮助成套电器企业订单项目全生命周期管理过程实现精细化、信息化的协同管理。 首先,根据前期企业调研结果,对成套电器项目管理现存问题及需求进行了分析总结,然后结合生产现状及特点建立了一种项目全生命周期管理体系框架,并围绕项目生命周期,重点分析了项目计划、成本、生产、采购/外协等关键业务流程;并对项目全生命周期中涉及到的四种关键策略:基于MRPII的项目计划管理策略、基于双基标准的成套电器企业成本计划控制策略、成套电器产品生产能力与采购能力平衡策略、基于精益生产的项目计划执行策略等进行了研究。 其次,在以上研究基础上,对成套电器企业项目全生命周期管理系统进行了总体设计。首先进行了系统的功能性需求分析;然后搭建了面向订单的成套电器项目全生命周期管理系统框架,研究了系统功能结构模型;之后提出了系统的运行模式;最后提出了基于XML的系统信息集成方案,明确了其与其他企业级信息系统之间的关系,以实现其与企业的PDM等系统的数据交互。 最后,基于以上研究,对成套电器产品项目全生命周期管理系统进行了总体设计,并在重庆某成套电器企业进行实施运用,取得了一定的应用效果。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of China's market economy system and the aggravation of global economic integration, The competition of domestic electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises is becoming more and more intense. In the face of many factors affecting the order delivery of such enterprises and the complex and changeable external environment, the complete sets of electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises compare with the equipment manufacturing enterprises and the process manufacturing enterprises. The ability to control the whole life cycle of the project has become a breakthrough point for this kind of enterprise to improve the order delivery level and improve the project running ability. In the face of the increasingly fierce market competition, the order project management of most domestic electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises still adopts the traditional manual way, which leads to the enterprises' ability to respond to the rapid changes can not be further improved, and the order cycle is long. Therefore, it is urgent to improve the ability of controlling the whole life cycle of order items by using information technology to solve the difficulties of order diversification and agility in the process of order project management. In view of the problems and demands in the running process of the electrical equipment project, this paper analyzes and studies the whole life cycle management mode of the complete electrical appliance project in accordance with the advanced management ideas and technical methods such as ERP/MRPII. Therefore, based on the investigation and analysis of the characteristics and requirements of the whole life cycle of the electrical equipment project, an order-oriented life cycle management model for the complete set of electrical appliances project is put forward. The related key business processes and strategies are studied, and the information system under this model is designed as a whole to help the complete life cycle management process of the order project of the electrical equipment enterprise to realize the cooperation management of refinement and information. First of all, according to the previous enterprise research results, this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and requirements of electrical equipment project management, and then establishes a project life cycle management system framework combining with the production status and characteristics. Focusing on the project life cycle, the paper analyzes the key business processes such as project planning, cost, production, procurement / outsourcing, and four key strategies involved in the whole life cycle of the project: project plan management strategy based on MRPII. The strategy of cost planning control based on double-base standard, the balance strategy of production capacity and purchasing ability of electrical appliances, and the execution strategy of project plan based on lean production are studied. Secondly, on the basis of the above research, the overall design of the whole life cycle management system of the electrical equipment enterprise project is carried out. Firstly, the functional requirements of the system are analyzed. Then, the whole life cycle management system framework of the electrical equipment project oriented to orders is built, and the function structure model of the system is studied. After that, the running mode of the system is put forward. Finally, the system information integration scheme based on XML is put forward. The relationship between it and other enterprise information systems is clarified in order to realize the data interaction with the enterprise PDM and other systems. Finally, based on the above research, the whole life cycle management system of electrical equipment project has been designed and applied in a Chongqing electrical equipment enterprise, and some application results have been obtained.
