【摘要】：我国是世界上重要的能源消费大国之一,随着改革开放的持续深入,我国的经济进入了高速增长时期,同时能源需求也在不断提高,从上世纪末开始,我国的能源生产逐步由出口转变为进口,能源特别是煤炭和石油的供给严重不足。为了保证我国国民经济的运行安全,满足市场上的能源需求,国家开始关注国际能源市场,制定了一些相关的措施来鼓励我国的能源企业,走出国门,进行跨国投资与经营,大力发展煤炭能源贸易以保障我国充足的能源供给。能源企业国际化的趋势逐渐显现,。在国家政策的推动下,我国许多煤炭能源企业例如兖矿、神华等都纷纷制定了自己的国际化发展规划,进军国际煤炭能源市场,参与国际煤炭能源的合作与开发。本文在国际化相关理论研究的基础上,分析了平煤神马集团国际化的现状,分析了其国际化的历程和经营现状；其次具体分析了平煤神马集团的产业发展的海外环境、国内环境以及行业环境,运用SWOT分析方法对平煤神马集团的国际化战略进行了剖析,认为平煤神马集团具有多元化经营、大型矿产开发经验、市场判断力强、管理模式较为成熟的优势,但同时也面临着国际化人才匮乏,跨国经营水平低等问题,从隐性和显性两个层面分析平煤神马集团国际化战略的实施,研究了其国际化过程中的政治、经济和技术等风险；文章最后研究了平煤神马集团国际化战略体系的构建,主要从四个方面展开,具体包括：平煤神马集团国际化战略体系构建的原则、国际化战略目标和方式的选择、国际化发展战略的具体内容和国际化战略的具体实施措施。通过本文的分析研究,有助于平煤神马集团根据集团自身发展的实际情况,找准企业国际化的发展方向,并且制定科学的国际化发展战略,同时也可以为其他能源企业的国际化进程提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:China is one of the world's most important energy consuming country, along with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, China's economy has entered a period of rapid growth, while the energy demand is also rising, from the end of last century, China's energy production gradually changing from export to import, energy especially coal and oil supply a serious shortage. Under the impetus of national policy, many enterprises in China such as Yanzhou coal, Shenhua international have developed their own development plan, Enter the international coal market, participate in international cooperation and development of coal energy. In this paper based on the related theories of internationalization, analyzes the status quo of Pingdingshan Coal Group what internationalization, analyzes the process and operation status of the internationalization; secondly analyses the Pingdingshan coal industry group of god horse overseas environment, the domestic environment and the industry environment, using the SWOT analysis method of Pingdingshan Coal Group what the internationalization strategy is analyzed, think what the Pingdingshan Coal Group has diversified, large-scale mineral development experience, strong market sense, the management mode of the advantages of a more mature, but also facing the international talent shortage, low level of transnational business, analysis of the implementation of Pingdingshan what group of internationalization strategy from two aspects of implicit and explicit, to study the process of internationalization of the political, economic and technical risks; the most After the construction of the system of international strategy what Pingdingshan Coal Group, mainly from four aspects, including: the construction of the system of international strategy of Pingdingshan Coal Group what the principle of international strategic objectives and methods of selection, concrete measures to implement the internationalization development strategy and the specific content of the internationalization strategy.
