河南省装备制造业竞争力研究

【摘要】：装备制造业作为国民经济的重要部门,是工业发展的支柱产业,装备制造业的发展关系到一个国家或地区的综合实力和国际竞争力。河南省作为较早发展装备制造业的省份,曾在历史上占据着举足轻重的地位,然而,近年来,随着改革开放的不断深入,河南省在装备制造业领域的优势越来越不明显,并且出现了设备、技术陈旧,资金不足等一系列的制约因素。因此,在新的历史时期,如何能够抓住中部崛起和中原经济区建设的机遇,发挥河南省在装备制造业领域的优势,积极改进其落后方面,不断提升河南省装备制造业的竞争力是河南省在工业化进程中急需解决的问题。本文首先对文章所需要用到的理论做了简单的陈述,包括装备制造业和产业竞争力的相关理论；其次,本文对河南省装备制造业的现状做了简单的描述,通过描述可以让我们对河南省装备制造业的发展情况有一个大致的了解,从而能够对河南省装备制造业的现状有一个定性分析；第三,确定本文所用到的竞争力评价的方法和指标体系的构建,具体说明选择此种方法和指标体系的原因和依据；第四,对河南省装备制造业竞争力进行定量分析,不仅仅将河南省装备制造业所含的七个产业进行比较,同时还将各个行业与全国其他省份的同种行业进行比较,并作出了重点产业选择。最后,根据分析结果提出河南省装备制造业竞争力提升的思路和对策,以期能为进一步提高河南省装备制造业的竞争力提供参考。通过本文的分析我们可以看到：河南省装备制造业在全国还是比较有优势的,有一定的竞争力。但是同时也应该看到,河南省装备制造业存在创新能力不足、资金短缺等问题；河南省装备制造业各行业之前的发展不平衡,其中,通用设备制造业、专用设备制造业、电气机械及器材制造业在全国具有较强的竞争优势,其他行业竞争力优势不太明显。在综合分析的基础上,本文最后从政府、产业和企业三个层面对河南省装备制造业竞争力提升提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:As an important sector of national economy, equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of industrial development. The development of equipment manufacturing industry is related to the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of a country or region. However, in recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening up, Henan Province's advantages in the field of equipment manufacturing are becoming less and less obvious, and equipment and technology are obsolete. Therefore, in the new historical period, how can we seize the opportunity of the rise of the central region and the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, give play to the advantages of Henan Province in the field of equipment manufacturing, and actively improve its backwardness? It is urgent to improve the competitiveness of Henan equipment manufacturing industry in the process of industrialization. Firstly, this paper makes a brief statement of the theory needed in the article, including the related theories of equipment manufacturing industry and industrial competitiveness; secondly, this paper briefly describes the present situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province. By describing, we can have a general understanding of the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province, so that we can have a qualitative analysis of the present situation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province. Third, Determine the construction of competitiveness evaluation method and index system used in this paper, explain the reason and basis of choosing this method and index system. 4th, carry on quantitative analysis to the competitiveness of Henan equipment manufacturing industry. Comparing not only the seven industries contained in the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province, but also the same industries in other provinces throughout the country, and making the key industry choices. Finally, According to the analysis results, the paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of enhancing the competitiveness of Henan equipment manufacturing industry, in order to provide a reference for further improving the competitiveness of Henan equipment manufacturing industry. Through the analysis of this paper, we can see that the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province still has some advantages in the whole country and has certain competitiveness. But at the same time, we should also see that the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province has insufficient innovation ability. The development of various industries in the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province has not been balanced before. Among them, the general equipment manufacturing industry, the special equipment manufacturing industry, the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry have a strong competitive advantage in the whole country. The competitive advantage of other industries is not obvious. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the promotion of the competitiveness of Henan equipment manufacturing industry from three aspects: government, industry and enterprise.
