6S管理在A公司的应用研究

【摘要】:生产现场是制造企业创在效益的主要场所,也是产生各种问题和突发事件的主要场所,国内企业逐渐意识到,现场管理在企业管理中具有重要的地位,现场管理水平的高低直接反映了企业经营状况的好坏。现场管理改善活动则是现场管理的深化,是通过一系列连续不断的持续改善活动,来实现对现场的员工、设备、物料、工艺流程、生产环境等各个方面的改善,实现各种生产要素之间的合理配置,从而减少生产过程中的浪费,降低生产成本,提高生产效率和产品质量,对提升企业经济效益具有十分重要的意义。 就当前我国的制造企业现状来说,由于过度注重生产数量而造成了许多问题,如不能准时交货、生产质量低下、积压大量资金、生产成本过高、库存太高等,不少制造企业整日忙得焦头烂额,都是在花费大量时间处理这些问题。因此,要想彻底摆脱这些问题的困扰,实施现场管理就势在必行。就国内外较为流行的现场管理模式来说,6S管理以其简单的操作、低廉的实施成本、显著的实施效果赢得了越来越多企业的亲睐。 基于此,文章以6S管理为切入点,选取了株洲芦淞区的一家以女裤存生产为主的A公司来说明现场管理的好处。文章首先对我国制造业面临的问题背景进行了交代,结合国内外现场管理的成果,说明文章研究的方向。然后就6S管理国内外研究取得的成果进行梳理。其次以A公司为研究对象,指出其现场管理存在的问题,,并分析其问题产生的原因就在于现场管理水平太低。再次就A公司现场管理的问题提出6S管理推进的具体实施方案。最后是对A公司6S管理的实施效果进行评估。 文章的研究结论表明,6S管理在A公司的现场管理中取得了良好的效果,同时,也为相关企业实施6S管理提供了具体的案例借鉴。
[Abstract]:Production site is the main place for manufacturing enterprises to create benefits, and it is also the main place for all kinds of problems and emergencies. Domestic enterprises gradually realize that on-site management plays an important role in enterprise management. The level of on-site management directly reflects the quality of the enterprise's business situation. The on-site management improvement activities are the deepening of on-site management, and through a series of continuous continuous improvement activities, they can realize the improvement of the staff, equipment, and materials on the spot. Process flow, production environment and other aspects of the improvement, to achieve the rational allocation of various factors of production, thereby reducing waste in the production process, reduce production costs, improve production efficiency and product quality, It is of great significance to enhance the economic benefits of enterprises. As far as the current situation of manufacturing enterprises in our country is concerned, many problems have been caused by excessive attention to the quantity of production, such as the failure to deliver goods on time, the low quality of production, the overstocking of large amounts of funds, the excessive production costs, the too high inventory, and so on. Many manufacturing enterprises are so busy all day that they are spending a lot of time dealing with these problems. It is imperative to carry out on-site management. For its simple operation, low implementation cost and remarkable implementation effect, Y6S management has won more and more enterprises' pro-gaze for its relatively popular field management mode at home and abroad. Based on this, the article takes 6S management as the breakthrough point, selects a company A which mainly produces women's trousers in Zhuzhou's Lusong District to explain the benefits of on-site management. Firstly, the article explains the background of the problems faced by the manufacturing industry in our country. Combined with the results of field management at home and abroad, this paper explains the research direction of this paper. Then, it combs the achievements of 6S management at home and abroad. Secondly, taking company A as the research object, the paper points out the problems existing in the field management. The reason for this problem is that the level of on-site management is too low. Finally, the implementation scheme of 6S management is put forward. Finally, the effect of 6S management in A company is evaluated. The conclusion of this paper shows that the management of "6S" has achieved good results in the field management of company A, and it also provides specific case reference for the relevant enterprises to implement the "6S" management.
