四川神宇通信工程项目内部承包管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着通信技术的迅速发展,全球通信产业已经进入新的大融合、大变革和大转型时期,通信工程项目建设需求不断增加。在这样时刻变化的市场环境下,神宇建筑工程公司,已经成长为四川省属重点高新技术企业。然而,随着公司规模的不断扩大,以及公司通信工程项目的日益增多,通信工程项目承包商之间的竞争也愈发白热化。传统的经营模式和管理方法将无法适应神宇公司工程项目的市场需求和企业发展的目标。如何在新形势下降低成本、提高项目建设质量、提高企业的综合管理能力成为神宇公司管理层亟待解决的问题。本文研究的主要内容是神宇公司通信工程项目内部承包管理,重点研究神宇公司如何有效地进行通信工程项目的内部承包管理。首先研究了通信工程内部承包管理的理论基础,然后分析了神宇公司项目管理中现实存在的一些问题,据此提出针对问题的处理对策,即:要实施内部承包管理。在此基础上提出了神宇公司内部承包管理的具体实施方法。通过本文的研究和分析,神宇公司将构建系统的通信工程项目内部承包管理体系和流程,为神宇公司实施通信工程项目内部承包管理提供指导,同时也为神宇公司进一步优化企业的管理流程,提高企业核心业务的管理效率,降低运营风险和成本,增强公司整体实力和竞争力提供借鉴。本研究一方面可以解决神宇公司目前面临的管理问题,另一方面将内部承包管理的方法运用到通信工程项目建设行业,对通信工程承包商来说提供一种新的管理模式,为社会资源有效利用,提出新的解决方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of communication technology, the global communication industry has entered a new period of great convergence, great transformation and transformation, and the demand for construction of communication engineering projects has been increasing. In such a changing market environment at such a time, Shenyu Construction Engineering Company has grown into a key high-tech enterprise in Sichuan Province. However, with the continuous expansion of the company's scale and the increasing number of communications engineering projects in the company, The competition among the contractors of communication engineering project is becoming more and more intense. The traditional management mode and management method will not be able to meet the market demand of Shenyu engineering project and the target of enterprise development, how to reduce the cost under the new situation, Improving the quality of the project construction and improving the comprehensive management ability of the enterprise has become an urgent problem to be solved by the management of Shenyu Company. The main content of this paper is the internal contract management of the communication project of Shenyu Company. This paper focuses on how to effectively carry out the internal contract management of communication engineering projects in Shenyu Company. Firstly, the theoretical basis of internal contract management of communication engineering is studied, and then some problems existing in the project management of Shenyu Company are analyzed. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem, that is, to carry out the internal contract management. On the basis of this, the author puts forward the concrete implementation methods of the internal contract management of Shenyu Company. Through the research and analysis of this paper, Shenyu will set up a systematic internal contract management system and process for communication engineering projects to provide guidance for Shenyu to implement internal contract management of communications engineering projects, and to further optimize the enterprise management process for Shenyu Company. To improve the management efficiency of enterprise core business, reduce operational risks and costs, enhance the overall strength and competitiveness of the company to provide reference. On the one hand, this study can solve the management problems faced by Shenyu Company. On the other hand, the method of internal contract management is applied to the construction industry of communication engineering projects, which provides a new management mode for the communication engineering contractors, and provides a new solution for the effective use of social resources.
