【摘要】:随着中国西部走向对外开放,云南作为桥头堡的作用日益突出,云南省建筑企业走出去投资东南亚国际工程承包市场成为一种趋势。而柬埔寨作为一个新兴的国际工程承包市场,具有巨大的潜力可供开发。因此,云南建工集团借助云南省面向东南亚市场的地理前沿区位优势,拓展柬埔寨国际工程承包市场成为一项非常值得研究的内容。 本研究报告将柬埔寨国际工程承包市场进行了研究范围的界定,限定为包涵公路、桥梁、铁路、港口、学校等基础项目建设的柬埔寨基础设施建设市场。通过研究柬埔寨当地国际工程承包基础设施项目建设现状,并结合国内在这方面做得较为出色的国有建筑企业参与状况,探索云南建工集团进入柬埔寨国际工程承包市场打开基础设施建设局面的途径。基础设施建设市场。首先对中柬经贸合作机制、中国国内、云南省以及柬埔寨的相关政策进行介绍,为云南建工集团拓展柬埔寨国际工程承包市场给出政策基础。接着对云南建工集团在柬埔寨拓展基础设施建设市场的案例进行深入研究,从柬埔寨当前市场开拓现状、云南省与柬埔寨当前经贸合作情况、云南建工集团承包柬埔寨项目现状入手,再运用SWOT模型分析云南建工集团开拓柬埔寨基础设施工程承包市场的内、外部环境。之后,笔者选取中交集团和上海建工集团这两个在柬埔寨市场最有建树的集团企业案例进行透彻分析,分别归纳出值得借鉴的工程承包市场拓展经验。最后结合云南建工集团的具体情况,从体制管理、产业链管理、战略管理等方面,提出集团柬埔寨区域公司在海外拓展市场的改进建议,这对云南建工集团加强企业管理、提升海外综合竞争实力,具有重要的参考价值。 国际工程承包市场局面的打开是许多国有建筑企业期待解决的问题。本研究报告针对云南建工集团开拓柬埔寨国际工程承包市场现状进行研究,为其提供拓展海外工程承包市场的对策,从微观的角度对集团的管理提出改进建议。云南建工集团作为国有建筑企业,,本研究报告对于其他建筑类国有企业开拓海外市场也有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:As the western part of China moves towards opening to the outside world, Yunnan's role as a bridgehead has become increasingly prominent. It has become a trend for Yunnan construction enterprises to go out and invest in the international project contracting market in Southeast Asia. Cambodia, as a new international engineering contracting market, has great potential for development. Yunnan Construction Engineering Group, with the help of Yunnan Province's geographical frontier location advantage facing Southeast Asian market, has become a very worthy content to develop the international engineering contracting market in Cambodia. This study defines the scope of Cambodia's international engineering contracting market to include roads, bridges, railways and ports. The Cambodian infrastructure construction market for the construction of basic projects such as schools. By studying the current situation of the construction of local international engineering contracting infrastructure projects in Cambodia, and combining with the participation of state-owned construction enterprises that have done a good job in this area in China, To explore the way for Yunnan Construction Engineering Group to enter the international engineering contracting market in Cambodia and open up the situation of infrastructure construction. First of all, to the Sino-Cambodian economic and trade cooperation mechanism, China's domestic, Relevant policies in Yunnan Province and Cambodia were introduced, This paper gives the policy basis for Yunnan Construction Engineering Group to develop the international engineering contract market in Cambodia. Then, the case of Yunnan Construction Engineering Group developing infrastructure construction market in Cambodia is studied in depth to explore the present situation of Cambodia's current market. The current situation of economic and trade cooperation between Yunnan Province and Cambodia, the current situation of Yunnan Construction Engineering Group contracting Cambodia project, and then using SWOT model to analyze the internal and external environment of Yunnan Construction Engineering Group developing Cambodia infrastructure contracting market. The author selects the two most successful enterprises in the Cambodian market, namely, Zhongjiao Group and Shanghai Construction Industry Group, to conduct a thorough analysis. Finally, combined with the specific situation of Yunnan Construction Engineering Group, from the aspects of system management, industry chain management, strategic management, etc. This paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the overseas market expansion of the group Cambodia regional company, which is of great reference value to Yunnan Construction Engineering Group in strengthening enterprise management and enhancing overseas comprehensive competitive strength. The opening of the international engineering contracting market is a problem that many state-owned construction enterprises are looking forward to solving. This research report focuses on the current situation of Yunnan Construction Engineering Group in developing the international engineering contract market in Cambodia. To provide the countermeasures to expand the overseas project contracting market, and to put forward some suggestions to improve the management of the group from a micro perspective.
