中国工业深加工行业的生产效率研究——以玉米工业深加工为例

【摘要】：本文运用数据包络分析了中国玉米工业深加工消费行业的生产效率,发现玉米酒精系列产品加工业的纯技术和规模效率均达到较高水平,玉米淀粉系列产品加工业的纯技术效率较低且规模效率较低,因此需要淘汰落后产能、扩大企业规模来提高整个行业收益水平。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the production efficiency of corn industry in China by using data envelopment. It is found that the pure technology and scale efficiency of corn alcohol processing industry reach a high level. The pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the processing industry of corn starch series products are low, so it is necessary to eliminate the backward production capacity and expand the enterprise scale to improve the whole industry income level.
