电力行业数字出版商业模式研究

【摘要】:当前,信息化技术日新月异,以网络、新媒体、移动互联为代表的数字出版技术正在改变读者的阅读和信息消费习惯,促使传统新闻出版行业加速产业结构调整升级,加快数字化转型步伐。在这股数字化浪潮中,电力行业应有所作为,传统新闻出版单位需要大力地推进数字化转型,构建可持续发展的商业模式,实现科学发展。国际大型出版传媒集团通过人力财力的巨大投入,对传统纸质资源进行数字化加工,并深入分析数据特征,实现了信息技术与内容的高度融合,形成了各类专业数据库,企业的竞争力与国际影响力大大增强。国内传媒行业也争相推进传统媒体与新媒体的融合发展,数字出版新媒体影响力大幅提升,市场竞争进一步加剧。 本文概述了国内外数字出版业务的发展状况,尤其通过例证阐述了国外大型出版集团数字出版商业模式的先进经验,总结了当今社会的几种主流数字出版商业模式模型。通过对商业模式、尤其是数字出版商业模式的理论分析,以及对于传统新闻出版单位发展数字出版业务中存在问题的剖析,总结了基于价值链的电力行业数字出版商业模式类型,提出了电力行业数字出版商业模式建立的主要形式,对电力行业数字出版大型商业项目进行了初步设计,最后,提出了大力推进电力行业数字出版业务转型升级的意义和途径。 本文立足电力行业,希望为科技行业传统新闻出版单位建设数字出版商业模式提供参考。笔者提出了构建可持续发展的数字出版商业模式不在于开发几个成功的数字出版产品,而根本上在于建设数字出版产业链,实现自身的数字化转型升级,建设规模化的数字内容生产模式,形成骨干产品支持下的数字产品规模化生产。
[Abstract]:At present, information technology is changing with each passing day. Digital publishing technology, represented by network, new media and mobile internet, is changing readers' reading and information consumption habits, and accelerating the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in the traditional news and publishing industry. Speed up the pace of digital transformation. In this wave of digitization, the electric power industry should do something. Traditional news and publishing units need to vigorously promote digital transformation and build a sustainable development business model. Through the enormous investment of human and financial resources, the international large publishing media group digitizes the traditional paper resources, analyzes the data characteristics deeply, and realizes the high integration of information technology and content. All kinds of professional databases have been formed, and the competitiveness and international influence of enterprises have been greatly enhanced. The domestic media industry has also scrambled to promote the integration and development of traditional media and new media, and the influence of new media in digital publishing has been greatly enhanced. Market competition has intensified. This paper summarizes the development of digital publishing business at home and abroad, especially expounds the advanced experience of digital publishing business model of foreign large publishing groups through examples. This paper summarizes several mainstream commercial models of digital publishing in the society. Through the theoretical analysis of business models, especially the commercial models of digital publishing, and the problems existing in the development of digital publishing business in traditional news and publishing units, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of digital publishing business in traditional press and publishing units. This paper summarizes the types of digital publishing business models in power industry based on value chain, puts forward the main forms of establishing digital publishing business models in power industry, and gives a preliminary design for large-scale commercial projects of digital publishing in power industry. The significance and ways of promoting the transformation and upgrading of digital publishing business in power industry are put forward. This paper is based on the power industry, It is hoped to provide a reference for the traditional press and publication units in the science and technology industry to build a digital publishing business model. The author suggests that the construction of a sustainable digital publishing business model does not lie in the development of several successful digital publishing products. The fundamental lies in the construction of the digital publishing industry chain, the realization of its own digital transformation and upgrading, the construction of large-scale digital content production model, the formation of digital products under the support of the backbone of large-scale production.
