【摘要】：在改革开放深入的今天，中国市场经济的开放以及国际经济全球化的发展，政府放宽管束，鼓励发展各种私营经济。同时，从历史来看，在计划经济向市场经济转型的过度当中，一大批中、小型民营企业正在逐步成为国内自由竞争市场的中坚力量。同时，各种机遇与挑战的存在，又推动了相关技术的突破和成熟，促进了各个中小企业积极转型。另外，有相当一部分的国有企业逐渐改制为私营企业，借以充分利用私营企业的特点和优势，得到迅速发展。本文运用战略管理相关理论与工具对山东泰开电力电子有限公司进行分析。首先分析工业电气市场包括技术和设备在内的现状以及发展趋势，通过SWOT分析方法研究山东泰开电力电子有限公司的优势和劣势，，以及面临的机遇和威胁等。使用波特五力模型理论从产业竞争、竞争者、购买者以及供应商和替代品上对该公司的现状进行研究，然后再得出下一步的战略发展方向。通过研究分析，本文认为山东泰开电力电子有限公司应依靠内部的领导地位、文化等优势，克服内部的落后管理体制以及国企遗风等劣势，利用外部国内外市场持续增长的机会，回避欧美大品牌进入国内市场进行直接竞争等威胁的发展战略。为有效实施该战略，应从明确市场定位、产品创新、服务转型、推进基础设施建设等方面做好工作，最终实现山东泰开电力电子有限公司的人才、市场营销以及管理创新等方面的战略。该研究结论，将为山东泰开电力电子有限公司未来发展的战略选择提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the opening up of China's market economy and the development of international economic globalization, the government has relaxed its control and encouraged the development of all kinds of private economy. At the same time, from the historical point of view, In the transition from planned economy to market economy, a large number of small private enterprises are gradually becoming the backbone of the domestic free competition market. At the same time, there are various opportunities and challenges. In addition, a considerable number of state-owned enterprises are gradually transformed into private enterprises so as to make full use of the characteristics and advantages of private enterprises and develop rapidly. This paper uses the theory and tools of strategic management to analyze Shandong Taikai Power Electronics Co., Ltd. First of all, it analyzes the present situation and development trend of industrial electric market, including technology and equipment. This paper studies the strengths and weaknesses of Shandong Taikai Electric Power Electronics Co., Ltd., and the opportunities and threats it faces by means of SWOT analysis. Buyers, suppliers and substitutes study the current situation of the company, and then come to the next strategic direction. Through research and analysis, this paper believes that Shandong Taikai Electric Power Electronics Co., Ltd. should rely on its internal leadership. To overcome the weaknesses of the backward internal management system and the legacy of state-owned enterprises, and to take advantage of the opportunities for sustained growth of the external markets at home and abroad. In order to effectively implement the strategy, we should do a good job in defining the market position, product innovation, service transformation, promoting infrastructure construction, etc. Finally, the strategy of talent, marketing and management innovation of Shandong Taikai Electric Power Electronics Co., Ltd. is realized. The conclusion of this study will provide a reference for the future development of Shandong Taikai Electric Power Electronics Co., Ltd.
