A公司核电站专用电缆项目可行性研究

【摘要】:随着信息化在企业经营过程中的广泛应用,以前重复性的工作变得更加灵活和不确定,原来的程序化的工作次序不能应用在这个多变的环境中。企业的日常工作中出现了更多的需要灵活处理的工作,程序化的工作方式已经不能满足现代企业的发展需求。这就要求企业有一种新型的工作办法,在这种趋势的要求下,,把一件工作作为一个项目来进行逐渐成为企业运营的主流。不同的项目可以解决不同的问题,这就需要企业确认项目立项之前要做些什么以及怎么去管理好一个项目。项目管理、可行性分析研究成为了理论界和企业界的热门话题,并且在企业的实践活动中得到了广泛的推广和应用。 本文以A公司的核电站用电缆项目为背景,主要应用项目管理、可行性分析等相关理论为理论基础,对国内外的关于项目管理、可行性分析的理论进行了梳理,为本文的研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。通过项目的可行性分析研究规划企业的发展目标,具体对项目的建设条件、工程设计方案、环境保护、职业卫生安全、消防等方面的可行性研究对项目进行评估,对投资估算及资金筹措、经济分析等的可行性分析研究来评估该项目的经济效益。通过对项目的各个方面的理性分析,得出该项目无论是经济效益还是社会效益都是可行的结论,有力地支持了该项目的立案和开展。 国家建设对电力的需求日益增加促进了核电站的发展,大力发展核电站需要大量的核电站专用电缆,这就给电缆生产企业带来了巨大的市场空间和发展机遇。A公司抢先对核电站专用电缆项目本文以A公司投资的核电站专用电缆项目为研究对象,应用了SWOT分析工具、盈亏平衡分析法、净现值分析法等方法和工具。通过对项目的市场环境、技术要求、财务投资等方面进行可行性分析,得出该项目可以投资的结论。本文系统地展示了项目可行性报告的实施,可以为以后企业进行项目可行性分析提供一定的参考价值。另外,本文的项目可行性分析对A公司的发展有着战略性的指导作用,对于A公司抢先占领核电站专用电缆的市场、增强本企业的市场竞争力具有较强的实际意义。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of information technology in the enterprise management process, the repetitive work in the past has become more flexible and uncertain. The original procedural work order cannot be applied in this changing environment. More flexible tasks appear in the daily work of the enterprise. The procedural mode of work can no longer meet the development needs of modern enterprises. This requires enterprises to have a new working method, under the requirements of this trend, Take a job as a project to gradually become the mainstream of business operations. Different projects can solve different problems. This requires enterprises to confirm what to do before the project is approved and how to manage a project well. Project management, feasibility analysis and research have become hot topics in the theoretical and business circles. And in the practice of enterprise activities has been widely promoted and applied. In this paper, based on the project management, feasibility analysis and other related theories of nuclear power plant cable project of A Company, the theory of project management and feasibility analysis at home and abroad is combed. It lays a solid theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. Through the feasibility analysis of the project, the development objectives of the enterprise are planned, and the construction conditions of the project, the engineering design scheme, the environmental protection, the occupational health and safety are discussed. The feasibility study on fire protection and other aspects evaluates the project, and evaluates the economic benefits of the project through the feasibility analysis of investment estimation and financing, economic analysis, etc. Through the rational analysis of all aspects of the project, It is concluded that both economic and social benefits are feasible and the project can be put on file and carried out. The increasing demand for electricity in the construction of the country has promoted the development of nuclear power plants, and vigorously developing nuclear power plants requires a large number of dedicated cables for nuclear power plants. This brings huge market space and development opportunity to cable manufacturing enterprises. A company preempts the special cable project of nuclear power plant. This paper takes the special cable project of nuclear power plant invested by company A as the research object, and applies SWOT analysis tool. Methods and tools such as break-even analysis, net present value analysis, etc. Through the feasibility analysis of the market environment, technical requirements, financial investment and other aspects of the project, The conclusion that the project can be invested. This paper systematically shows the implementation of the project feasibility report, which can provide a certain reference value for the project feasibility analysis in the future. The project feasibility analysis in this paper has a strategic guiding role for the development of company A, and has a strong practical significance for company A to preempt the market of special cables for nuclear power plants and enhance the market competitiveness of the company.
