我国企业战略执行力评价体系研究

【摘要】:本文主要围绕战略执行力这一核心概念展开研究,首先,本文在梳理现有文献的基础上,对战略执行力的内涵做出了界定,对战略执行力的构成要素做了总结归纳,并描述了我国企业战略执行力现状;其次,根据战略执行力构成要素,结合我国企业战略执行力现状,得出我国企业战略执行力构成要素,通过对各要素的操作化研究,设计出了一套评价我国企业战略执行力的评价指标体系;最后,选取案例公司,利用本文设计好的战略执行力评价指标体系,,使用模糊综合评价法对A公司战略执行力水平进行评价,得出A公司战略执行力水平较弱,对结果进行了原因分析并提出了解决对策。 通过以上研究,本文主要得出以下结论: (1)战略执行力的内涵。企业的战力执行力是指企业的各个管理层次、各个经营单位、各个岗位的员工,通过一套有效的系统、体系、组织、文化或技术操作方法等,对企业各种资源经过有效整合,贯彻执行经营者制定的战略决策、方针政策、制度措施、方案计划和实现企业战略目标的综合能力。 (2)我国企业战略执行力的现状。第一,战略共识“缩水”;第二,工作计划系统不完善;第三,组织结构不合理;第四,信息系统不健全;第五,业绩考核及奖惩激励制度与战略关联性差;第六,反馈和战略关联性较弱;第七,企业文化流于形式。 (3)我国企业战略执行力的构成要素及评价指标体系。通过文献梳理整理出战略执行力构成要素,结合我国企业战略执行力现状,得出我国企业战略执行力构成要素,我国企业战略执行力共有四大构成要素,分别是战略共识、战略协同、战略控制及执行文化;本文对以上战略执行力的四大构成要素进行了操作化研究,得出了我国企业战略执行力的评价指标体系。 (4)案例研究结果证实了所建立评价指标的有效性。利用本文提出的评价指标体系对A公司战略执行力水平进行评价,使用模糊综合评价法不仅可以计算出公司整体战略执行力得分,也可以计算出战略执行力每个构成要素的得分情况,根据最后的得分可以详细、具体的为案例公司找出执行不力的原因,验证了所建立指标体系的有效性及实用性。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly focuses on the core concept of strategic execution. Firstly, on the basis of combing the existing literature, this paper defines the connotation of strategic execution, and summarizes the elements of strategic execution. Secondly, according to the elements of strategic execution, combining with the present situation of the strategic execution of our country, we get the elements of the strategic execution of our country, through the operational research of each factor, A set of evaluation index system is designed to evaluate the strategic execution ability of our country's enterprises. Finally, a case company is selected and the evaluation index system of strategic execution ability is designed in this paper. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the level of strategic execution ability of company A, and it is concluded that the level of strategic execution ability of company A is weak, and the reasons for the result are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward. Through the above research, this paper draws the following conclusions:. (1) the connotation of strategic executive power. The execution of war power of an enterprise refers to the various management levels, business units and employees in various positions of the enterprise, through an effective system, system, organization, culture or technical operation method, etc. Through the effective integration of all kinds of resources of the enterprise, the comprehensive ability of carrying out the strategic decision, the policy, the system measure, the plan plan and the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise made by the manager is carried out. 2) the present situation of the strategic execution of Chinese enterprises. First, the strategic consensus "shrinks"; second, the work plan system is not perfect; third, the organizational structure is unreasonable; fourth, the information system is not sound; fifth, Performance appraisal, incentive system of reward and punishment and strategic relevance are poor; sixth, feedback and strategic relevance are weak; seventh, corporate culture is a mere formality. 3) the constituent elements and evaluation index system of the strategic execution ability of Chinese enterprises. Through combing out the composing elements of the strategic execution ability of our country's enterprises and combining the present situation of the enterprises' strategic execution ability of our country, we can find out the composing elements of the strategic execution ability of our country's enterprises. There are four elements of strategic execution in Chinese enterprises, which are strategic consensus, strategic coordination, strategic control and execution culture. The evaluation index system of strategic execution ability of Chinese enterprises is obtained. 4) the results of the case study confirm the validity of the established evaluation index. The evaluation index system proposed in this paper is used to evaluate the level of strategic execution ability of company A. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can not only calculate the score of the company's overall strategic execution ability, but also calculate the score of each component element of the strategic execution power. According to the final score, it can be detailed. Find out the reasons for the lack of execution for the case company, and verify the effectiveness and practicability of the established index system.
