伊犁地区香料产业整合发展模式研究

【摘要】:近几年,国际香料产业发展迅速,香料产业的产值从2002年的96亿美元上升到2009年的325.86亿美元,年均增长13%左右,仍将保持13%的年增长率。但我国目前在世界香料市场产值中所占份额较小,与我国13亿人口的大国地位不相符合,尤其是在日化类香料的生产销售上,在国际所占比例极低,随着世界市场统一化进程加快,中国香料业旨在演变和融入到全球香料生产和贸易中去。而近今年随着对于安全和质量的考虑,化学香料的不安全问题也渐渐凸显,天然香料再一次回归主要的消费市场。而国际常用的天然香料植物,基本都产于北温带荒漠区域和温带草原区域,一些重要的品种对于气候和土壤要求极高。伊犁地区恰好处在这个区域内,是国内少有的符合大多数常用香料植物种植的区域,伊犁地区独特的大环境和区域内的小环境为多种香料植物创造了得天独厚的条件,而伊犁地区也具有较长时间的种植历史。但由于各方认识不足、重视不够,在投资规模、生产技术、品种发掘、产品开发、市场运作等方面均处于较低水平,更谈不上规模化、产业化发展。本论文希望通过伊犁地区香料产业的研究,掌握翔实、准确的资料,为伊犁地区特色经济找到理论和事实依据,从而为地区制定相应的产业发展政策提供决策依据,同时为香料企业产业发展提供理论依据。论文主要着力于对产业整合发展模式的研究,以伊犁地区香料产业为研究对象,通过对于产业的调查研究,利用波特五项竞争力模型进行分析,发现伊犁香料产业存在的问题。立足整个香料产业,对产业中的复杂个体分别进行研究,将整合的视角从工业产业扩大到农业生产、农业科研、政府管理、地区发展等多个方面,尽可能的完善研究内容,确保产业整合发展的可行性和全面性。通过理论分析与实地调研相结合的方法,采纳各方问题,分析问题的根源,为波特五项竞争力模型提供可靠的分析数据,从而得到可靠的分析结果。在确保分析结果全面可靠的前提下,通过实地调研和问题分析,制定从加工企业向前延伸到原料生产、向后延伸到市场销售的纵向整合方式,采取企业并购的横向整合办法,最终走向香料产业与旅游业、酒店业、医药业、职业教育相结合的复杂整合发展之路。将产业整合与地区的未来发展相结合,从简单的工业、农业产业整合,推广到整个产业的整合,产业与地区发展的整合上来。通过打破地域限制,将产业整合纳入整个区域发展的一部分,联合各级政府,推动产业政策的制定和产业整合发展。将产业的整合发展与地区发展相结合,将产业未来发展的模式与地区其他新兴产业的发展相结合,制定具有一定可行性的香料产业与地区其他产业整合的方法和模式,将产业整合扩展到非相关的产业中去,将地区优势作为产业整合模式制定的准则,脱离简单的产业内整合,将独立的产业整合纳入地区产业整合的大环境中去。以地区发展带动产业发展,以产业发展推动地区发展,将是伊犁地区香料产业整合的最终目的。伊犁香料产业的整合将为伊犁香料产业研究和发展提供一定的理论依据。对于未来科学制定地方特色产品以及相关产业的快速发展对策提供一定帮助。通过香料产业这个基点,联合旅游、酒店、零售等产业,带动整个地区第三产业整体的发展,
