DL园林公司经营战略研究

【摘要】:随着经济社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,我国的园林绿化行业迎来了一个非常有利的发展时机。DL园林在激烈市场竞争中发展成为了一个逐步壮大的园林企业,在新的形势下面临着机遇和挑战,,需要对公司的运营战略进行规划设计,不断提升公司的经营管理能力,实现战略性转型成长。 本文以DL园林为研究对象,在对相关文献述评的基础上,运用战略管理理论知识研究了公司的运营战略。首先,采用PEST分析法和SWOT分析法分析了DL园林公司的宏观发展环境和行业竞争环境,并从公司内部分析了企业的各项运营能力;其次,对公司的内部优劣势和外部机会与威胁进行了详细分析,构造了SWOT分析矩阵,并在此基础上提出了公司的愿景、使命和发展目标,提出了公司的职能战略、竞争战略和成长战略;最后,提出了公司战略的实施保障和控制措施,从组织结构再造、完善人力资源管理体系、强化技术和服务创新、建立有效的财务支撑体系以及构建战略评价体系五个方面进行了详细阐述。 本文的研究结果对DL园林的长远发展将起到重要的指导作用,对公司有效地实施战略管理具有重要意义,同时对于行业内其它企业的发展战略也有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people ' s living standards , the landscape greening industry of our country has come to a very favorable development opportunity . The DL landscape has become a growing garden enterprise in the fierce market competition . Under the new situation , it faces the opportunity and challenge , needs to plan and design the operation strategy of the company , continuously improve the management ability of the company and realize strategic transformation and growth .

Based on the review of relevant literature , this paper studies the operation strategy of the company based on the review of relevant literature . First , the macro development environment and the industry competitive environment of DL garden company are analyzed by PEST analysis and SWOT analysis method , and the operation ability of the enterprise is analyzed from the inside of the company ;
Secondly , the internal advantages and disadvantages of the company and the external opportunity and threat are analyzed in detail , SWOT analysis matrix is constructed , and the vision , mission and development goal of the company are put forward , and the function strategy , competition strategy and growth strategy of the company are put forward .
Finally , the implementation guarantee and control measures of the company ' s strategy are put forward , the organizational structure reconstruction , the improvement of the human resources management system , the strengthening of technology and service innovation , the establishment of an effective financial support system and the construction of the strategic evaluation system are described in detail .

The research results of this paper will play an important role in the long - term development of the DL landscape , which is of great significance to the effective implementation of strategic management . At the same time , it has some reference value to the development strategy of other enterprises in the industry .
