建国以来我国工业化建设与中国特色新型工业化道路的战略选择

【摘要】：建国以来，随着我国国情的变化，我国工业化建设战略实现了从优先发展重工业的战略到追求产业比例平衡再到提出中国特色新型工业化道路的转变。这些都是我国工业化道路探索的重大理论创新。在新世纪新阶段，我们要走的新型工业化道路给我们带来巨大的成就，但我们还不能说工业化建设已经取得成功。我们不仅面临着巨大的机遇，同时也面临着前所未有的挑战。在经济全球化的大背景下，在新技术革命和全面建设小康社会的背景下，要用马克思创立的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的科学发展观和方法论作为新型工业化的指导思想，同时借鉴欧美发达国家工业化进程中的相关经验和教训，为我国全面实现中国特色新型工业化道路战略这一宏伟目标提供理论依据和现实依据。本文阐述了工业化的内涵及意义，并把新型工业化道路的特点和新型工业道路的意义作为中国特色新型工业化道路战略选择的分析框架和核心内容，回顾梳理了建国以来不同历史时期工业化的建设情况，分析了工业化道路中存在的问题，深入了解了我国工业化建设的发展历程，，为中国特色新型工业化道路提出的依据和具体措施提供了史实依据。本文认为，中国特色新型工业化道路的战略选择是我国处于转型时期的必然选择，是我国工业化道路选择的重大转变，是全面实现小康社会的必经之路。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, with the change of our national conditions, The strategy of industrialization construction of our country has realized the transformation from the strategy of giving priority to developing heavy industry to pursuing the balance of industrial proportion to putting forward a new industrialization road with Chinese characteristics. These are the major theoretical innovations in exploring the road of industrialization in China. At a new stage in the new century, The new road of industrialization we are going to take has brought us great achievements, but we cannot say that industrialization has been a success. We are not only facing enormous opportunities. At the same time, it is also facing unprecedented challenges. Under the background of economic globalization, the new technological revolution and the overall construction of a well-off society, The scientific development view and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism founded by Marx should be used as the guiding ideology of new industrialization, and the relevant experiences and lessons in the industrialization process of developed countries in Europe and the United States should be used for reference. It provides theoretical and practical basis for our country to realize the grand goal of new industrialization strategy with Chinese characteristics. This paper expounds the connotation and significance of industrialization, and regards the characteristics of the new industrialization road and the significance of the new industrial road as the analytical framework and core content of the strategic choice of the new industrialization road with Chinese characteristics. Reviewing and combing the construction of industrialization in different historical periods since the founding of the people's Republic of China, analyzing the problems existing in the road of industrialization, and deeply understanding the development course of industrialization construction in China, It provides the historical basis for the new industrialization road with Chinese characteristics and concrete measures. This paper holds that the strategic choice of the new industrialization road with Chinese characteristics is the inevitable choice of our country in the period of transition, the important change of the choice of the industrialization road of our country, and the only way to realize the well-off society in an all-round way.
