中铁上海工程局集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着我国市场化和国际化改革的不断深入,建筑市场的开放程度将进一步扩大,中国建筑业企业必将面临着更加激烈的市场竞争环境,由此给企业带来发展机遇的同时,也给企业发展带来了严峻的挑战。中铁上海工程局集团应该如何充分发挥自身优势,克服自身劣势,紧紧抓住建筑业难得的发展机遇,来迎接严峻的挑战是本文研究的重点。本文在研究过程中,充分运用现代企业管理理论,在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,运用PEST分析工具、统计分析等方法,对企业所处宏观环境和建筑行业环境进行了系统分析,分析认为随着工业化、信息化、城镇化、市场化、国际化持续推进,我国基本建设规模仍将持续扩大,经济全球化仍将继续深入发展,今后一个时期保持经济中高速增长有基础也有条件,为建筑业“走出去”带来了更多的机遇,建筑业发展仍处在可以大有作为的重要战略机遇期。但是,由于建筑企业所处行业环境越来越复杂,客户需求也日趋多样化,导致建筑行业市场竞争越来越激烈,竞争格局也越来越动态化。与此同时,本文也对内部环境也进行了详细的分析,认为中铁上海工程局集团具有专业技术和区位等优势的同时,也存在资质缺乏、子分公司发展不平衡、技术研发能力低等劣势。结合企业内外部环境的分析,整理出SWOT分析表,提出了中铁上海工程局集团应实施纵向一体化经营战略,以实现把中铁上海工程局集团打造成发展规模持续扩张,经济效益稳步增长,产业结构更加优化,管理体系更加科学,员工生活更加富裕,进入中国中铁系统前十的现代化企业总体目标。随后本文还提出了业务发展计划。最后,提出了中铁上海工程局集团实施企业发展战略应重点做好的十项保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's marketization and international reform, the opening degree of the construction market will be further expanded, and Chinese construction enterprises will be faced with a more fierce market competition environment, which will bring development opportunities to enterprises at the same time.It also brings severe challenges to the development of enterprises.How to give full play to its own advantages, overcome its disadvantages and seize the rare development opportunities of the construction industry to meet the severe challenges is the focus of this paper.In the course of the research, this paper makes full use of the modern enterprise management theory, on the basis of consulting a lot of documents and materials, makes a systematic analysis of the macro environment and the construction industry environment of the enterprise by using the PEST analysis tool and the statistical analysis method.The analysis shows that with industrialization, information, urbanization, marketization and internationalization, the scale of capital construction in China will continue to expand, and economic globalization will continue to develop in depth.In the future, it will bring more opportunities for the construction industry to "go out", and the development of the construction industry will still be in an important strategic opportunity period in which great achievements can be made.However, because the industry environment of construction enterprises is more and more complex and the customer demand is becoming more and more diversified, the market competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce, and the competition pattern is becoming more and more dynamic.At the same time, this paper also makes a detailed analysis of the internal environment. It is believed that while the China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group has the advantages of professional technology and location, there is also a lack of qualifications, and the development of sub-branches is not balanced.Low technical R & D capability and other disadvantages.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the SWOT analysis table is put forward, and the vertical integration management strategy is put forward to realize the continuous expansion of the development scale of the CSE Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group.The economic benefits are steadily increasing, the industrial structure is more optimized, the management system is more scientific, the employees' life is more affluent, and the overall goal of entering the top 10 modern enterprises of China Railway system is the overall goal.Subsequently, this paper also proposed a business development plan.Finally, the paper puts forward ten safeguard measures which should be done well in the implementation of the enterprise development strategy of China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group.
