泰安供电公司预购电管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：近年来,随着社会科技的日新月异的变化,人民对生活质量的要求越来越多,因而使得国际国内社会用电量急剧加大,对供电数据安全性的要求也越来越高。在这样的背景下,传统的购电方式及管理手段已经无法满足人民日益增长的物质生活水平。因此,为了更好地服务广大居民,方便居民生活及电力使用,企业开展了预购电服务。供电行业对于电费的收缴越来越趋近于网上操作,使电费缴纳更加智能和自由。所以,在这样的形势下,泰安供电公司决定开发泰安供电公司预购电管理系统。本文采用面向对象的思想,预购电管理系统采用J2EE架构。采用面向对象的思想,以统一建模语言为分析设计工具,对预购电业务管理过程中的相关操作进行需求分析和系统设计,针对系统及用户的特点,功能上采用多层次的软件功能架构,技术上基于Spring框架和UIMS用户界面,实现了预购电业务管理中的预购电客户信息维护、购电投入测试、客户购电管理、购电数据管理、购电数据审核以及手工短信催费等功能。本系统实现了预购客户信息维护,购电投入测试,客户购电管理,购电数据管理,购电数据审核及手工短信催费六方面的功能设计。预购电管理员可以实现对预购电项目的管理,包括对客户信息的查询、添加、删除、修改,预购电基本参数维护及注销客户购电设备等功能,对剩余电量过少的用户进行手工催费。在这个功能中,还可以查看客户的联系方式及其剩余电量历史情况,无论是预购电客户,还是预购电管理人员,都在系统中得到了极大的方便和满意。完成后的系统能够很好的完成预购电业务的管理,预购电管理人员可以根据客户的功能需要对不同的客户及相关要求进行管理,系统的实现提高了泰安供电公司预购电管理人员的管理效率,并且为预购电客户提供短信催发服务,增加了客户的满意度和生活工作的品质。系统简化了购电过程,节省了管理时间,提高了工作效率,使泰安供电公司预购电业务管理工作迈上了一个新的台阶。
[Abstract]:In this context, the traditional power purchase and management methods have been unable to meet the people's growing material standard of living.Therefore, in order to better serve the majority of residents, convenient for residents to live and use electricity, enterprises developed pre-purchase electricity services.The collection of electricity in power supply industry is more and more close to the online operation, which makes the payment of electricity more intelligent and free.Therefore, in this situation, Tai an Power supply Company decided to develop the Taian Power supply Company purchase management system.In this paper, the object-oriented idea is adopted, and the J2EE architecture is used in the pre-purchase power management system.Purchase data audit and manual SMS charges and other functions.The user who has too little surplus electricity will be pushed to charge by hand.In this function, we can also see the contact information of customers and the history of the remaining electricity quantity. Both the customers and the management staff have been greatly convenient and satisfied in the system.After the completion of the system can complete the management of pre-purchase business, pre-purchase management personnel can be based on the needs of the customer's function to manage different customers and related requirements,The implementation of the system improves the management efficiency of the management staff of Taian Power supply Company, and provides short message service for the customers, which increases the satisfaction of customers and the quality of life and work.The system simplifies the process of electricity purchase, saves the management time, improves the working efficiency, and advances the management work of Taian Power supply Company to a new level.
