【摘要】：SG集团供应公司为加强与供应商的沟通合作,降低公司采购成本,缓解资金压力,定制开发了SG集团供应商门户网站,为供应商提供合同、采购计划、物流、资金、绩效评估等多方面信息,实现资源共享。但在该项目的管理中,由于项目的技术难度高、时间紧迫、需求不确定且进度估算准确性差,实现对项目进度的有效管理成为该项目成功的关键。本文的研究主要是利用项目管理理论对SG集团供应商门户网站项目的进度计划进行研究,制定进度计划,并研究进度控制方案,以保证该项目的顺利实施。本文的主要研究内容包括以下三个方面:(1)SG集团供应商门户网站项目分析。通过分析SG集团供应商管理中存在的沟通问题,提出了搭建SG集团供应商门户网站的需求。阐述了 SG集团供应商门户网站的内容、设计要求以及项目特点,并介绍了项目范围、项目里程碑和项目的组织机构。(2)SG集团供应商门户网站的进度计划制定。首先根据项目目标确定项目工作分解结构,其次针对项目时间进度情况,通过对项目活动排序、项目持续时间估算制定出项目的网络图,利用网络计划技术确定项目关键路径,制定项目的进度计划,最后对该项目活动工期进行优化,更新项目进度计划。(3)SG集团供应商门户网站的进度控制。通过对项目进度进行跟踪,找出项目进度中的偏差,分析偏差产生的原因,采取制度或技术措施,从而实现对供应商门户网站项目的进度控制。通过对SG集团供应商门户网站项目的进度管理进行研究,制定出该项目的进度计划并进行进度控制,保证按时搭建起SG集团供应公司与供应商之间的沟通交流平台,实现信息资源共享。同时在研究的过程中总结出此类信息系统项目的进度控制方法,为以后的信息化项目提供实践依据和经验总结。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the communication and cooperation with suppliers, reduce the cost of purchasing and relieve the pressure of capital, SG Group supplier Portal has been developed to provide suppliers with contracts, purchasing plans, logistics, funds, etc.Performance evaluation and other aspects of information to achieve resource sharing.However, in the management of the project, due to its high technical difficulty, tight time, uncertain demand and poor accuracy of schedule estimation, effective management of the project schedule becomes the key to the success of the project.The main purpose of this paper is to use the project management theory to study the progress plan of the SG Group supplier portal project, to formulate the progress plan, and to study the progress control scheme to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects: analysis of supplier portal project of SG Group.Based on the analysis of the communication problems in SG Group supplier management, the requirement of building SG Group supplier portal is put forward.This paper expounds the contents, design requirements and project features of the SG Group supplier Portal, and introduces the project scope, project milestones and the schedule plan of the SG Group supplier Portal.Firstly, the project work breakdown structure is determined according to the project objectives. Secondly, according to the progress of the project time, the network diagram of the project is worked out by ranking the project activities and estimating the project duration, and the critical path of the project is determined by the network planning technology.Make the progress plan of the project, optimize the duration of the project activity, update the schedule plan of the project, update the progress control of the supplier portal of SG Group.By tracking the progress of the project, finding out the deviation in the progress of the project, analyzing the causes of the deviation, and adopting the system or technical measures, the progress control of the supplier portal project can be realized.Through the research on the progress management of the SG Group supplier portal project, the progress plan of the project is worked out and the progress control is carried out to ensure that the communication and exchange platform between the SG Group supply company and the supplier is set up on time.Information resource sharing is realized.At the same time, the paper summarizes the progress control method of this kind of information system project in the process of research, and provides the practical basis and experience summary for the information project in the future.
