精益改善在M公司的应用研究

【摘要】:二十世纪对人类贡献最大的工业产物-汽车出现以及蓬勃发展,同时也带来了两种显著的革命性产业方式影响持续至今。以Lean-Kaizen为代表的丰田理念及方式为日本在世界工业中处于领先地位做出了巨大的贡献,得到了全世界的关注,此生产方式是继亨利福特发明的大规模生产方式后,,第二次改进企业流程效率的重大、历史性变革。而如今的中国汽车行业竞争十分激烈,这就迫使企业一方面要适时调整产品的结构,来生产阶段性,差别化,高附件值的产品,同时不断开发新产品,以提高企业的经济效益;另一方面,企业本身就要降低成本,改善经营绩效,提高企业的竞争能力。所以学习Lean-Kaizen应用之道,并研究其在新时期中国企业的应用与推广在目前就尤为重要和迫切。 本文对Lean-Kaizen的理论及应用研究展开分析,并结合M公司的具体情形予以实践、应用。 Lean-Kaizen,精益改善囊括了精益生产和持续改善的体系精髓,在实践应用的基础上对以美国学者为主流的精益生产思想体系和以日本企业思想文化核心的Kaizen--持续改善做了概括性、结合性的理论分析与研究。M公司是典型的资本与劳动密集性汽车零部件制造型企业,非常适宜于精益改善的开展与应用实践。在通过Lean-Kaizen小组活动成功开展后取得的一系列成果后同时指出,企业或组织必须培养自身的精益改善力,来做到精益持续改善才能维持企业的永续经营。精益改善力是精益思想和持续改善有机结合的价值化体现,这也是本文有别于单独研究精益生产或Kaizen不同之处,对于众多的汽车行业、零部件及其它制造业都有着很好的推广和应用借鉴。
[Abstract]:The emergence and development of the automobile, the most important industrial product of the 20th century, has also brought about two remarkable revolutionary industrial influences to this day.The Toyota idea and method represented by Lean-Kaizen has made a great contribution to Japan's leading position in the world's industry, and has attracted worldwide attention. This production mode is after Henry Ford's invention of the large-scale production mode.The second time to improve the efficiency of enterprise processes a major, historic change.Nowadays, the competition of automobile industry in China is very fierce, which forces enterprises to adjust the structure of products in time, to produce products with phase, difference and high attachment value, and at the same time, to develop new products to improve the economic benefits of enterprises.On the other hand, the enterprise itself should reduce the cost, improve the business performance and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore, it is very important and urgent to study the application and popularization of Lean-Kaizen in Chinese enterprises in the new period.This paper analyzes the theory and application of Lean-Kaizen, and applies it to M Company.Lean-Kaizen. Lean improvement includes the essence of lean production and continuous improvement system. On the basis of practical application, it generalizes the thought system of lean production, which is the mainstream of American scholars, and Kaizen-continuous improvement, which is the core of Japanese enterprise ideology and culture.M Company is a typical capital and labor-intensive automobile parts manufacturing enterprise, which is very suitable for the development and application of lean improvement.After a series of achievements after the successful development of Lean-Kaizen group activities, it is pointed out that enterprises or organizations must cultivate their lean improvement ability to achieve continuous lean improvement in order to maintain the sustainable operation of enterprises.Lean improvement is the value embodiment of the organic combination of lean thought and continuous improvement, which is different from the study of lean production or Kaizen in this paper.Parts and other manufacturing industries have a good promotion and application.
