【摘要】:摘要:再制造是环境经济学、生态经济学和资源经济学相互融合、共同演进的结果,是将生态环境要素内生于经济增长之中的新理念。工程机械再制造是将有再制造价值的废旧工程机械作为再制造毛坯,运用高科技的清洗工艺、修复技术,或者利用新材料、新技术进行专业化、批量化修复、改造和性能升级,所获得的再制造工程机械在技术性能和安全质量等方面可以达到甚至超过新产品的水平,并将“资源—产品—废弃物”这一传统的线性物质流动方式改造为“资源—产品—再生资源”的循环发展模式,这是是现代经济发展的新趋势,实现经济、环境和社会效益的统一,建成可持续的生产和消费社会。 本文以对工程机械再制造产业构建的基本理论、标杆企业以及市场的研究为基础,构建适合A再制造产业发展的经营模式,推动其产业快速发展。随着工程机械行业“五万亿”春天的消退,市场萎缩工程量骤降,二手设备回购量急剧增大,客户应收账款激增,整个行业面临前所未有的挑战。而A公司作为全球工程机械50强排名第6位,全球2000强企业第776位,甚至国内乃至国际工程机械行业的领军企业也不例外。企业对二手设备的扭转成为抵御经营风险的重要方式之一,而再制造产业正是支撑加快二手设备扭转的关键手段。这不仅对A再制造产业发展,甚至对整个国内工程机械行业市场发展提供了一个较好的示范模式。 A公司再制造是从目标与动力模式、组织与经营模式、技术与制造模式六个方面进行构建的。第一,A公司目标模式为整机再制造的模式,这与该公司现有资源和未来工程机械板块发展是相互匹配的,而动力模式则非选择以营利为首选,而是盘活公司大量二手设备的扭转,提供销售增值服务为主;第二,A公司的组织与经营模式是以主机生产厂家主导,且采取集聚又分散式的运作模式;第三,技术与制造模式则是模块化的制造模式更适合A公司,而技术上将是主要以尺寸修复、换件法为主。为了保障A公司再制造产业的发展,将从完善再制造制度与机制、构建旧件回收与再制造产品市场秩序、人财物、技术与知识产权等五个方面来保障A公司再制造产业的发展。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: remanufacturing is the result of the integration and evolution of environmental economics, ecological economics and resource economics, and it is a new idea that the elements of ecological environment are born in the economic growth. The remanufacturing of construction machinery is to use the waste engineering machinery with the value of remanufacturing as a remanufacturing blank, using high-tech cleaning technology, repairing technology, or using new materials and new technologies to professionalize, batch repair, transform and upgrade the performance. The remanufacturing engineering machinery obtained can reach or even exceed the level of new products in terms of technical performance and safety and quality. The traditional linear material flow mode of "resources-product-waste" is transformed into the circular development mode of "resources-product-renewable resources", which is a new trend of modern economic development. The unity of environmental and social benefits, the establishment of a sustainable production and consumption society. Based on the basic theory of construction machinery remanufacturing industry, benchmarking enterprises and market research, this paper constructs a business model suitable for the development of A remanufacturing industry, and promotes the rapid development of its industry. With the recession of "5 trillion" spring in construction machinery industry, the market shrinks sharply, the amount of second-hand equipment repurchase increases sharply, the customer accounts receivable surge, and the whole industry faces unprecedented challenges. Company A ranks 6th in the top 50 of global construction machinery, 776th among the top 2000 companies in the world, and even the leading enterprise in the construction machinery industry at home and abroad. The turnaround of second-hand equipment becomes one of the important ways to resist the risk of management, and the remanufacturing industry is the key means to support and accelerate the twisting of second-hand equipment. It not only provides a good model for the development of A remanufacturing industry, but also for the whole domestic construction machinery market. Company A remanufacturing is constructed from six aspects: goal and power mode, organization and management model, technology and manufacturing mode. The first company's target model is a full-machine remanufacturing model, which matches the company's existing resources and the future development of the construction machinery sector, while the power model is not chosen as the first choice for profit. It is to revitalize the turnaround of a large number of second-hand equipment in the company and to provide value-added sales services mainly. Second, the organization and business model of company A is dominated by mainframe manufacturers and adopts a centralized and decentralized mode of operation. Third, Technology and manufacturing mode is modular manufacturing model more suitable for A company, and the technology will be mainly based on dimension repair, replacement method. In order to ensure the development of company A's remanufacturing industry, the development of company A's remanufacturing industry will be ensured from five aspects: perfecting the remanufacturing system and mechanism, constructing the market order of old parts recovery and remanufacturing products, people's property, technology and intellectual property.
