我国电子技术自主创新路径及策略研究

【摘要】：电子技术是如今发展最快的技术，电子技术的渗透性之广是任何一项技术都无法比拟的，我国电子技术目前发展状况是大而不强，如果一个产业想在如今激烈的竞争中获得一定的地位，那么进行技术创新是必然选择，历史的经验告诉我们，一味的追求引进别国的技术会使本国处于被动地位，会使自己陷入引进陷阱，为了摆脱这种状况，自主创新是最好的选择，如何进行自主创新，自主创新又应该选择什么样的路径，这是值得研究的问题。 在此背景下，，本文以自主创新能力为基础，主要研究了在不同自主创新能力的情况下，我国电子技术应该选择什么样的自主创新路径进行自主创新。本文在第二章分析了我国电子技术的定义及其创新的特征，第三章对我国电子技术存在的三种自主创新路径进行了详尽的分析，包括三种自主创新路径的特点、优势劣势。 然后根据第二章所叙述的我国电子技术的特点，建立了我国电子技术自主创新能力评价指标体系，通过熵权-综合评价对我国电子技术所包含的10个行业进行了自主创新能力评价，并根据自主创新能力与自主创新路径匹配的原则选择出了适合我国电子技术不同行业的自主创新路径。 最后本文根据自主创新能力的评价结果，给出了提高我国电子技术自主创新能力对策与建议。
[Abstract]:Electronic technology is the fastest developing technology today, and the penetration of electronic technology is incomparable to any other technology. The current situation of electronic technology development in China is large but not strong. If an industry wants to gain a certain position in today's fierce competition, then technological innovation is an inevitable choice. Historical experience tells us that blindly pursuing the introduction of technology from other countries will put our country in a passive position. In order to get rid of this situation, independent innovation is the best choice. Under this background, based on the independent innovation ability, this paper mainly studies what kind of independent innovation path our electronic technology should choose to carry on independent innovation under the condition of different independent innovation ability. In the second chapter, we analyze the definition and innovation characteristics of electronic technology in China. In the third chapter, we analyze the three independent innovation paths in detail, including the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the three independent innovation paths. Then according to the characteristics of electronic technology described in the second chapter, the evaluation index system of independent innovation ability of electronic technology in China is established. Through entropy weight-comprehensive evaluation, the independent innovation ability of 10 industries included in electronic technology in China is evaluated. According to the principle of matching the independent innovation ability with the independent innovation path, the independent innovation path suitable for different industries of electronic technology in China is selected. Finally, according to the evaluation results of independent innovation ability, this paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the independent innovation ability of electronic technology in China.
