中国能源类矿业企业海外拓展战略与风险研究

【摘要】：在当前中国能源消费需求旺盛,对外能源依存局面愈发严峻的局面下,中国政府以及相关企业已充分认识到能源的安全供给对我国经济可持续发展的重要意义。而由于我国的能源资源储量有限,仅依靠自身资源难以保障能源安全,为了谋求能源的安全供给,中国能源类矿业企业对外拓展是必然选择。我国能源类的领军企业中国石油、中国石化及中海油已经拥有近20年海外拓展实践,这其中有成功的经典案例,也有典型的失败教训,因此在这些实践的基础之上进行能源类矿业企业海外拓展战略及风险的研究有着很强的现实意义。本文内容共七章。第一章主要介绍能源类矿业企业海外拓展战略与风险研究的背景及意义,还对研究方法和创新点做了简要说明。第二章阐述了企业战略,海外投资(FDI),风险分析的相关理论及方法。第三章分析了我国能源类矿业企业海外拓展的必要性,现状及存在的问题。第四章介绍了荷兰壳牌及美国埃克森美孚石油公司海外拓展的相关经验以及这些经验对我国能源类矿业企业海外拓展的启示。第五章运用SWOT分析工具对我国能源类矿业企业的海外拓展战略进行了定性的分析,并结合上一章的比较研究,探讨我国能源类矿业企业的拓展战略。第六章先定性分析了能源类矿业企业当前存在的主要风险,并采用AHP法确定主要风险的指标权重,再用模糊判断法测算出能源矿业企业重点海外拓展国家的风险系数。研究表明,中国能源类矿业企业海外拓展进行战略层面的规划具有非常重要的意义,建立起风险评价体系是未来能源类矿业企业海外拓展的重点工作。
[Abstract]:Under the situation that China's energy consumption demand is exuberant and the external energy dependence is becoming more and more severe, the Chinese government and related enterprises have fully realized the importance of the safe supply of energy to the sustainable development of our country's economy. Because of the limited reserves of energy resources in our country, it is difficult to guarantee energy security only by relying on its own resources. In order to seek the safe supply of energy, it is inevitable for Chinese energy mining enterprises to expand to the outside world. China's leading energy companies, PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC, have had overseas expansion practices for nearly 20 years. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the overseas expansion strategy and risk of energy mining enterprises on the basis of these practices. There are seven chapters in this paper. The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of overseas development strategy and risk research of energy mining enterprises, and also gives a brief description of the research methods and innovation points. The second chapter describes the enterprise strategy, overseas investment FDI, risk analysis related theories and methods. The third chapter analyzes the necessity, present situation and existing problems of overseas development of Chinese energy mining enterprises. The fourth chapter introduces the experience of Dutch Shell and ExxonMobil Oil Co., Ltd., and the enlightenment of these experiences to the overseas development of China's energy mining enterprises. The fifth chapter uses the SWOT analysis tool to carry on the qualitative analysis to our country energy mining enterprise overseas expansion strategy, and unifies the previous chapter comparison research, discusses our country energy mining enterprise expansion strategy. In the sixth chapter, the main risks of energy mining enterprises are analyzed qualitatively, and the index weight of main risks is determined by AHP method, and then the risk coefficient of energy mining enterprises' key overseas expansion is calculated by fuzzy judgment method. The research shows that it is of great significance for Chinese energy mining enterprises to carry out strategic planning for overseas development. Setting up a risk assessment system is the key work of overseas development of energy mining enterprises in the future.
