云南省P石油公司的物流管理战略研究

【摘要】:随着世界经济的迅猛发展,所有企业都面临着经济一体化带来的空前激烈竞争局面,物流成为企业发展的“第三利润源”,控制成本、降本增效,可持续发展成为销售企业必须面对的重要研究课题。P石油公司作为中国石化产业两大集团企业之一,肩负着“经济、政治、社会”三大责任,作为下属的云南省P石油公司面对集团公司快速发展的需要和国内外企业的竞争、抗衡和挑战,加快制定本公司发展的物流管理战略迫在眉睫。因此,本文的研究,对于云南省P石油公司的物流管理战略定位、战略实施,在激烈的市场竞争中提升核心竞争力可以起到积极的参考和借鉴的作用。 本文研究方法主要是根据战略管理理论、供应链管理理论、现代物流管理理论,将定量研究与定性研究紧密结合,并整理加工了云南省P石油公司大量的数据、素材以及对公司物流现状和管理的详尽调研,剖析了该公司物流发展中营销能力不足、仓储能力不足、调运综合平衡能力不足以及基础管理和组织配套能力不足等深层次原因,提出了公司物流的发展定位及物流管理战略实施途径,为云南省P石油公司的有质量、有效益、可持续物流发展提出自己的观点,具有现实的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, all enterprises are facing unprecedented fierce competition brought about by economic integration. Logistics has become the "third profit source" for the development of enterprises, controlling costs and reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Sustainable development has become an important research subject that sales enterprises must face .P Petroleum Company, as one of the two major group enterprises in China's petrochemical industry, shoulders three major responsibilities of "economy, politics and society". As a subordinate of Yunnan P Petroleum Company, facing the need of the rapid development of the Group Company and the competition, counterbalance and challenge of the domestic and foreign enterprises, it is urgent to speed up the formulation of the logistics management strategy of the company. Therefore, the study of this paper can play a positive reference and reference role for the logistics management strategy positioning and strategy implementation of Yunnan P Petroleum Company, and to enhance the core competitiveness in the fierce market competition. Based on the theories of strategic management, supply chain management and modern logistics management, this paper combines quantitative and qualitative research closely, and processes a large number of data from P Petroleum Company in Yunnan Province. Material and detailed investigation on the current situation and management of the logistics of the company, this paper analyzes the deep reasons such as insufficient marketing ability, insufficient storage capacity, insufficient comprehensive balance ability of dispatching and transportation, insufficient basic management and supporting ability of organization and so on in the logistics development of the company. This paper puts forward the development orientation of company logistics and the implementation of logistics management strategy, which is of practical significance for the quality, benefit and sustainable logistics development of Yunnan P oil company.
