我国风险勘查资本市场建设初步探析

【摘要】：2014年矿业市场行情持续走低,全国固体矿产地质勘查总投入整体下降,地质勘查行业投资中社会资金所占比重从往年65%左右水平降至55%。在我国的矿业市场,社会资金投入一直是大力发展矿业经济的重要力量。为能保证国家投资逐步从商业地质勘查中撤出,鼓励企业成为矿产勘查投资主体,建设我国风险勘查资本市场是繁荣矿业市场的必经之路。因此,本文立足于国内现状,梳理总结国外矿业发达国家建设风险勘查市场的成熟经验,并以北京矿业权交易所和天津矿业权交易所为例,对当前国内在资本市场建设方面的初步尝试进行分析,最后围绕我国风险勘查资本市场建设提出几点思考。
[Abstract]:In 2014, the mining market continued to decline, the total investment in the country's solid mineral geological exploration fell overall, and the proportion of social funds in geological exploration industry investment dropped from 65 percent in previous years to 55 percent. In China's mining market, social capital investment has been an important force in the development of mining economy. In order to guarantee the withdrawal of national investment from commercial geological exploration, encourage enterprises to become the main investment in mineral exploration, and build the risk exploration capital market of our country, it is the only way to prosper the mining market. Therefore, based on the domestic situation, this paper summarizes the mature experience of foreign mining developed countries in the construction of risk exploration market, and takes Beijing Mining Rights Exchange and Tianjin Mining Rights Exchange as examples. This paper analyzes the preliminary attempts in the construction of capital market in China, and finally puts forward some thoughts on the construction of capital market of risk exploration in China.
