H钢铁企业销售物流网络节点选址规划研究

【摘要】:随着市场竞争的日益加剧,在生产成本不可降低的前提下,企业必须另辟蹊径,改变发展战略,降低销售物流成本成为所有企业的另一个利润增长点。对于钢铁企业来说,降低销售物流成本可以缓解钢铁企业高成本、高价格、低利润的经营现状。运输成本在销售物流成本中占有相当高的比重,因此本文将通过对钢铁企业销售物流网络节点选址规划来降低销售物流成本。本文以H钢铁企业作为研究对象,通过对其销售物流网络节点的现状进行分析,总结归纳得到其物流节点规划中存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。将H钢铁企业的销售区域分为6部分,按销量的好坏程度,分别采用主成分分析和重心法对H钢铁企业在全国的销售物流网络节点进行了选址优化。通过比较发现,应用本文分析方法得到的节点在经济效益、社会效益、安全性等各方面都取得了更好的效果。合理优化后的网络节点能够减少企业的销售物流成本,提高销售物流运作效率,提升企业的市场竞争力,拉近企业与客户之间的距离,有利于建立经济、及时、高效的销售物流系统。最终,通过比较分析得到本分析方法可以在更多的类似企业、行业使用。因此,本文在应用和扩展方面都有很高的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:As the market competition intensifies day by day, under the premise that the production cost cannot be reduced, the enterprise must find a new way, change the development strategy, reduce the sales logistics cost to become another profit growth point of all enterprises. For iron and steel enterprises, reducing the cost of sales logistics can alleviate the current situation of high cost, high price and low profit of iron and steel enterprises. Transportation cost occupies a high proportion in the cost of sales logistics, so this paper will reduce the cost of sales logistics by planning the node location of sales logistics network of iron and steel enterprises. This paper takes H iron and steel enterprise as the research object, through the analysis of the status quo of its distribution logistics network node, summarizes and summarizes the problems existing in its logistics node planning, and puts forward the improvement measures. The sales area of H iron and steel enterprise is divided into 6 parts. According to the degree of sales volume, principal component analysis (PCA) and barycenter method are used to optimize the location of H iron and steel enterprise's sales logistics network node in the whole country. It is found by comparison that the node obtained by using this method has better results in economic, social and security aspects. The network node after reasonable optimization can reduce the cost of sales logistics, improve the efficiency of the operation of sales logistics, enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, narrow the distance between enterprises and customers, and help to establish economy and timely, Efficient sales logistics system. Finally, through comparative analysis, this analysis method can be used in more similar enterprises and industries. Therefore, this article has the very high reference significance in the application and the extension aspect.
