除尘器行业研究

【摘要】:随着我国综合国力日渐提升,人民收入不断上涨,人们对于生活水平提出了更高的要求。近年来雾霾频发,空气质量成为热门词汇,人们开始关心空气污染的源头,国家对于空气污染治理的重视程度也逐渐上升。空气污染治理分为多种途径,包括除尘、脱硫、脱硝等,本文分析的是其中的除尘行业,即对于废气中颗粒物的去除。 本文主要通过四个部分来介绍我国除尘器行业市场。第一部分通过对除尘器基本概念和技术介绍,明确了除尘器的定义和相关基本性质,包括目前常用的三种除尘器——电除尘器、袋式除尘器以及电袋复合除尘器的基本技术参数与使用情况,并简要介绍了我国除尘器发展历史。 第二部分通过对行业发展推动力的细分,指出行业发展的主要推动力的来源:我国过去的粗放式经济发展以及煤炭为主的资源结构导致了我国空气污染情况日益严重,尤其是东部城市的空气污染程度在世界范围内都十分严重,而我国过去的空气污染治理政策不足,导致空气污染没有得到有效治理;而随着我国经济发展,政府提出了可持续发展战略,要求对自然资源进行可持续的利用,并且随着我国人均收入的增长,我国人民的需求结构升级,对空气质量提出了更高的要求。空气污染的现状与来自政府、人民两方面的要求会促使政府进一步收紧大气污染排放政策。之后本文列出了近年来我国所采取的除尘相关主要政策,首先是空气中的烟尘、粉尘排放标准大幅度上升,其次是近年来空气治理政策频发,尤其是首创了空气污染治理与政绩挂钩的制度;并且一些重点城市也提出了比全国范围政策更高的烟尘、粉尘污染治理目标。可以看出我国政府开始全方面重视大气污染治理,尤其是除尘方面的治理。 之后,本文预测了我国新政策下大气污染市场出现的变化,并且对于除尘行业几个主要市场——火电、水泥、垃圾焚烧、钢铁等市场进行研究,从而揭示其未来发展空间,对投资行为做出一定程度的帮助。笔者在阅读相关文献的过程中发现,之前对于行业的研究大部分集中在空气污染治理这个较大的概念上,或者集中在脱硫、脱硝等几个热点问题上,很少有对于除尘子行业的详细研究,因此本文主要采取定性、定量结合的方式,预测了这几个市场未来除尘器市场的份额。 第三部分说明了我国除尘行业目前的竞争格局,指出如今我国除尘行业尤其是袋式除尘行业生产相对落后,主要以地方生产为主,只有少部分现代化、全国化的大型除尘器生产企业,但是未来随着行业标准提高,大量不合格作小企业将会被挤出市场,再加上龙头企业扩展计划的实施,未来行业集中度将会大幅度提高。因此,行业未来的整合和并购也将会是一个潜在的投资机会。 本文第四部分集中在公司层面,对除尘行业的龙头企业——龙净环保进行了分析,指出龙净环保在同行业竞争中的几个较大优势——市场占有率优势,业务发展全面优势,核心技术优势,以及公司研发能力优势,之后对公司财务状况做了简单的分析。
[Abstract]:As China's comprehensive national strength is increasing and people's income is rising, people have put forward higher demands on the living standard. In recent years haze and air quality have become popular words. People begin to care about the source of air pollution, and the degree of attention to air pollution control is gradually increasing. Air pollution control is divided into many ways. Diameter, including dust removal, desulfurization, denitration, etc., this paper analyzes the dust removal industry, that is, the removal of particulate matter in the exhaust gas.
This paper introduces the market of our dust collector industry mainly through four parts. The first part, through the introduction of the basic concept and technology of the dust collector, defines the definition and basic properties of the dust collector, including the three commonly used dust remover, the bag type dust collector and the basic technical parameters of the electric bag compound dust collector. The development history of China's dust collector is briefly introduced.
The second part, through the subdivision of the driving force of the industry development, points out the source of the main driving force of the industry development: our country's past extensive economic development and the coal based resource structure have led to the increasing air pollution in our country, especially in the eastern cities of the world, and the degree of air pollution is very serious in the world. The policy of air pollution control in the past is insufficient, and the air pollution has not been effectively controlled. With the development of our country, the government has put forward the strategy of sustainable development and demands the sustainable utilization of natural resources. With the increase of per capita income in China, the demand structure of the people of our country is upgraded and the air quality is put forward. Higher requirements. The current situation of air pollution and the requirements from the government and the people's two aspects will prompt the government to further tighten the policy of air pollution emission. After that, this paper lists the main policies of dust removal in China in recent years, the first is the smoke in the air, the standard of dust emission is up to a large extent, and the next is the air control in recent years. The policy is frequent, especially the system of air pollution control and political performance, and some key cities also put forward higher smoke and dust and dust pollution control targets than the national policy. It can be seen that the government began to pay attention to air pollution control, especially the treatment of dust removal.
After that, this paper predicts the changes in the air pollution market under the new policy of our country, and studies the main markets of the dust industry, such as thermal power, cement, waste incineration and iron and steel, so as to reveal the future development space and help to make a certain range of investment behavior. The author finds out the relevant literature in the process of reading. Most of the previous studies on industry focus on the larger concept of air pollution control, or focus on some hot issues such as desulphurization and denitrification. There are few detailed studies on the dust removal industry. Therefore, this paper mainly adopts the qualitative and quantitative combination method to predict the market share of the future dust remover in these markets.
The third part explains the current competition pattern of our country's dusting industry, and points out that the production of duster industry, especially the bag type dust removal industry is relatively backward in our country, is mainly based on local production, only a few modernized and nation-wide large duster production enterprises, but the future is improved with the industry standard, and a large number of unqualified small enterprises will be unqualified. It will be squeezed out of the market, coupled with the implementation of the leading enterprise expansion plan, and the future industry concentration will be greatly improved. Therefore, the future integration and merger of the industry will also be a potential investment opportunity.
The fourth part of this paper concentrates on the company level, analyzes the dragon net environmental protection in the dusting industry, and points out the advantages of Long Jing environmental protection in the same industry - market share advantage, the overall advantage of business development, the core technology advantage, and the advantage of the company's R & D capability, and then do the financial situation of the company. A simple analysis.
