基于二元能力的高技术企业创新管理AKL生物技术公司的案例

【摘要】:高技术企业创新管理成功的实践研究,对中国高技术企业提高创新管理能力、为我国尽快实现由“中国制造”向“中国创造”的巨大转变具有重要的参考价值。本文基于二元能力的理论视角,以AKL生物技术公司发展历程为案例研究对象,系统地研究了促进高技术企业创新管理能力形成的四大要素,即创新价值的合理定位、创新管理平台的建立与完善、创新人才的培养与发展以及组织管理思维形态的合理定位。本文在查阅相关文献资料和对AKL生物技术公司相关人员进行访谈与调研的基础上进行研究分析,详细深入地揭示了企业二元能力促使组织具备并应用相互冲突行为的能力并总结出促进高技术企业创新管理能力形成的四大要素。企业创新价值的定位是个对延续性创新和破坏性创新战略选择的过程:前者是对高端产品进行更高质量和性能的创新,企业需要具备足够的资金和技术实力等来支持创新活动;后者是对低端市场或者零消费市场产品,企业创新需要立足于目标产品与客户特定工作任务的紧密相关;创新战略的正确选择有利于企业依据自身资金和技术实力寻找合理市场切入点。创新管理平台的建立与完善,包括核心技术工艺问题的突破等五个方面内容,该平台有利于解决创新管理的柔性特征与效率特征之间的矛盾,从而促进企业创新成果的持续形成。对人才的国际化与本土化两方面特质的培养与发展,有利于企业创新人才团队的形成。企业管理思维形态的合理定位:在创新项目发展的初期,以结果导向为主体的管理思维形态更有利于企业尽快产生效益以求生存;而创新项目发展到一定规模阶段,过程导向更有利于企业管理规范性与稳定性,为进一步发展创造条件;在组织架构中层次越高越适用结果导向,层次越低越适用过程导向的管理思维形态。
[Abstract]:The practical research on the successful innovation management of high-tech enterprises has important reference value for China to improve the ability of innovation management and realize the great transformation from "made in China" to "created in China" as soon as possible. In this paper, based on the theory of dual capability, taking the development course of AKL Biotechnology Company as the case study object, this paper systematically studies the four elements that promote the formation of innovation management ability of high-tech enterprises, that is, the reasonable orientation of innovation value. The establishment and perfection of innovative management platform, the cultivation and development of innovative talents and the rational orientation of thinking form of organizational management. On the basis of consulting relevant literature and interviewing and investigating AKL Biotechnology Company, this paper makes research and analysis. This paper reveals in detail the dualistic ability of enterprises to promote the ability of organization to possess and apply conflicting behaviors and sums up the four elements that promote the formation of innovation management ability of high-tech enterprises. The orientation of enterprise innovation value is a process of continuous innovation and destructive innovation strategy selection: the former is the innovation of higher quality and performance of high-end products, enterprises need sufficient funds and technical strength to support innovation activities; The latter is to the low-end market or zero consumption market products, enterprise innovation needs to be based on the target product and customer specific task closely related; The correct choice of innovation strategy is helpful for enterprises to find a reasonable market entry point according to their own capital and technical strength. The establishment and perfection of innovation management platform, including the breakthrough of core technology and process problems, is helpful to solve the contradiction between flexible and efficiency characteristics of innovation management. So as to promote the sustainable formation of enterprise innovation results. The cultivation and development of the internationalization and localization of talents are beneficial to the formation of innovative talents team. The rational orientation of enterprise management thinking form: in the initial stage of innovation project development, the result-oriented management thinking form is more conducive to the enterprise to produce benefits as soon as possible in order to survive, while the innovation project develops to a certain scale stage. Process orientation is more conducive to the standardization and stability of enterprise management, creating conditions for further development; the higher the level of organizational structure, the more applicable the result orientation, the lower the level, the more suitable the management thinking form of process orientation.
