建筑供应链管理背景下收益共享契约的研究

【摘要】:建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,目前建筑企业对外面临激烈的竞争,对内面临管理效率低下的问题。面对行业整体低下的利润率和管理效率,各国研究人员探索将供应链管理思想引入建筑,提出建筑供应链管理以提高整体效益。但是目前,对于建筑供应链上游供应商和承包商的研究还不够充分,而他们之间的采购活动又是不可忽视的。在传统采购方式下,供应商和承包商以各自利益最大化为目标,忽视供应链整体利益,使供应链无法达到协调。针对这些缺陷,本文进行了针对性的研究。本文首先研究了建筑供应链管理理论和供应链契约理论,总结了建筑供应链管理研究中存在的不足,并对收益共享契约应用于建筑供应链管理中进行了分析。基于以上研究,在建筑供应链管理背景下,构建了两阶供应链的收益共享契约模型。通过对模型进行分析,证明了收益共享契约能够使建筑供应链整体达到协调,同时通过合适的契约参数设置,该契约模型能够同时提高承包商和供应商的期望收益,从而促使双方积极建立合作伙伴关系,共同推进建筑供应链管理的实践。由于工程建设项目的不确定因素较多,因此在上述研究基础上,进一步探讨了工程需求发生变化时,供应商的合作态度问题。研究结果发现,在收益共享契约模式下,无论采购量增加还是减少,供应商都倾向于采取合作态度,证明了收益共享契约收益共享,风险分担的作用。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy. At present, construction enterprises are faced with fierce competition and low management efficiency. Faced with the low profit rate and management efficiency of the whole industry, researchers from all over the world have explored the idea of supply chain management in architecture, and put forward the idea of building supply chain management in order to improve the overall efficiency. But at present, the research on the upstream suppliers and contractors in the construction supply chain is not enough, and the procurement activities between them can not be ignored. In the traditional procurement mode, suppliers and contractors aim at maximizing their respective interests, ignoring the overall interests of the supply chain, so that the supply chain can not achieve coordination. In view of these defects, this paper has carried on the pertinence research. In this paper, the theory of architectural supply chain management and supply chain contract theory are studied, and the deficiencies in the research of construction supply chain management are summarized. The application of revenue-sharing contract in construction supply chain management is analyzed. Based on the above research, a two-order supply chain revenue sharing contract model is constructed under the background of construction supply chain management. Through the analysis of the model, it is proved that the revenue-sharing contract can make the whole construction supply chain coordinate, and at the same time, the contract model can improve the expected income of the contractor and the supplier simultaneously by setting the appropriate contract parameters. In order to promote the construction supply chain management practice, the two sides actively establish a partnership. Because there are many uncertain factors in engineering construction projects, the cooperation attitude of suppliers is further discussed on the basis of the above research. The results show that under the revenue-sharing contract model, the suppliers tend to adopt a cooperative attitude, regardless of whether the purchase volume increases or decreases, which proves the role of revenue-sharing contract and risk-sharing.
