【摘要】:在全球经济飞速发展和战略扩张的背景下,以科技促进经济发展和社会繁荣的技术转移活动,正成为国际间竞争合作的重要内容和发展趋势。在中国,以先进科学技术带动产业布局调整和区域企业转型升级为标志,创新技术转移和成果转化正逐步对国民经济和社会主义现代化建设产生着越来越广泛和深远的影响。ZW公司依托中国J院,以企业化运作方式,自2004年起从事技术转移业务经营,在项目成果转化和投资企业孵化服务方面取得了较好的业绩,成为国家级技术转移示范机构。但随着新经济环境下企业技术市场需求和科研院所管理机制改革的调整变化,ZW公司面临着现有商业形式活力不足、无法有效整合创新资源和把握更多市场机会等问题。本文以ZW公司从事的技术转移业务在市场的运作情况为研究对象,主要从政策环境、资源背景、市场需求、商业要素以及ZW公司的企业特征与能力等方面,采用调查法、个案研究法、经验总结法、模拟法以及定量、定性研究法等基础研究手段,对该公司的技术转移现状进行解读。本文首先介绍了国内外技术转移的发展状况,初步阐述了在细分市场开展技术转移业务的商业机会与挑战。在对宏观环境和发展趋势的描述基础上,文章对从事十年技术转移实践的ZW公司进行了重点解读,对ZW现有技术转移方式、市场客户定位、创新研发组织以及创新服务渠道等方面进行介绍,重点对公司目前在技术领域选择、研发组织方式和市场销售定价中遇到的问题进行了较为深入地分析,以企业发展面临的客观压力和现实需求为驱动,最终提出对其技术转移业务发展的策略建议。在对近几年来国际及亚太周边新兴发展起来的工业技术研究院模式进行介绍的基础上,本文提出了“工研院”模式与ZW公司技术转移业务相结合的大胆设想,建议集中选择自身优势领域,构建宁波工业技术研究院并选择光电所作为分期建设试点,推行技术与市场更紧密的链接措施,实现目标客户的差异化服务和定价策略,并通过开放整合、能力建设、机制建设和文化建设,共同促进ZW技术转移持续健康地发展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development and strategic expansion of the global economy, technology transfer, which promotes economic development and social prosperity by science and technology, is becoming an important content and development trend of international competition and cooperation. In China, advanced science and technology have led to the adjustment of industrial layout and the transformation and upgrading of regional enterprises. Innovation technology transfer and achievement transformation are gradually exerting more and more extensive and far-reaching influence on the national economy and socialist modernization. ZW Company, relying on China J Hospital, has been engaged in technology transfer business since 2004. It has made good achievements in project achievement transformation and investment in incubating service, and has become a national demonstration organization for technology transfer. However, with the change of the technological market demand of enterprises and the reform of management mechanism of scientific research institutes under the new economic environment, ZW Company is facing the problems of insufficient vitality of existing commercial forms, unable to effectively integrate innovative resources and grasp more market opportunities. This paper takes the operation of technology transfer business of ZW Company in the market as the research object, mainly from the policy environment, resource background, market demand, commercial elements and ZW company's enterprise characteristics and capabilities, etc. Case study method, experience summary method, simulation method, quantitative and qualitative research method and other basic research means, this paper interprets the present situation of technology transfer of the company. This paper first introduces the development of technology transfer at home and abroad, and expounds the business opportunities and challenges of technology transfer in the market segment. On the basis of describing the macro environment and development trend, the paper mainly interprets ZW Company, which is engaged in ten years of technology transfer practice, and points out the existing technology transfer mode and market customer orientation of ZW. The innovative R & D organizations and innovative service channels are introduced, with emphasis on the in-depth analysis of the problems encountered in the selection of the technical field, the organization of R & D, and the pricing of marketing and sales. Driven by the objective pressure and realistic demand of enterprise development, the paper finally puts forward some suggestions on the development of technology transfer business. Based on the introduction of the industrial technology research institute model which has been developed in recent years, the paper puts forward the bold idea of combining the "Industrial Research Institute" model with the technology transfer business of ZW Company. It is suggested that we should focus on choosing our own superior field, construct Ningbo Industrial Technology Research Institute and select Optoelectronic Institute as a pilot project in stages, and carry out closer linking measures between technology and market, so as to realize the differentiated service and pricing strategy of target customers. And through open integration, capacity building, mechanism building and cultural construction, ZW technology transfer to promote sustainable and healthy development.
