山西省电力公司仓储系统的优化与设计

【摘要】:物资管理作为仓储系统的重要组成环节,对仓储的运作有着举足轻重的作用。山西省电力公司作为关系山西民生的大型国有企业,承担着电网建设与运行的重要责任,如何降低成本,保证安全,稳定运营,满足山西人民对电力的需求,是山西省电力公司面临的严峻课题。在电网企业中,物资管理不仅对电网建设有着深远的影响,更对电网的稳定与维护起着至关重要的作用。 本文通过综合分析国内外关于物资管理和仓储管理的相关研究,结合我国电力系统和山西省电力公司实际,从仓储管理的主要活动、仓储管理流程、仓储管理制度、仓储管理模式、仓储管理步骤、仓储管理方法等几个方面,介绍了仓储管理的基本理论。结合电力公司的仓储管理现状,利用现状分析方法,总结分析了目前山西省电力公司仓储管理存在的主要问题和不足,包括仓储配送管理策略、仓储职能管控、仓储配送网络规划、库存物资管理、仓库及运作管理、运输及配送管理、信息系统建设、人员管理及绩效考核等几个方面。在此基础上,本文建立了电力公司仓储系统多目标优化模型,并利用改进的遗传算法进行模型的求解和算例分析,并结合山西省电力公司仓储管理中存在的不足,提出了山西省电力公司包括:加强仓储管理组织管控、逐步完成网络布点、推进信息化建设、制定科学备品备件储备定额、完善管理制度与业务流程、基础设施与设备、提高人员岗位技能等多个方面为主要内容的仓储系统优化设计方案。 本文通过实例分析,对我国电力公司仓储管理进行了详细的研究,提出了山西省电力公司仓储管理中存在的问题和不足,并建立了仓储系统优化设计方案,对我国电力公司仓储系统管理具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:As an important component of storage system, material management plays an important role in the operation of storage. Shanxi Electric Power Company, as a large state-owned enterprise concerned with the people's livelihood of Shanxi Province, is shouldering the important responsibility of power grid construction and operation. How to reduce costs, ensure safe and stable operation, and meet the needs of Shanxi people for electricity, Shanxi Electric Power Company is facing a serious problem. In the power grid enterprises, material management not only has a profound impact on the power grid construction, but also plays a vital role in the stability and maintenance of the power grid. Through the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign related research on material management and storage management, combined with the actual situation of China's electric power system and Shanxi Electric Power Company, this paper analyzes the main activities of warehousing management, warehousing management process, and warehousing management system. This paper introduces the basic theory of warehouse management in several aspects, such as storage management mode, warehouse management steps and storage management methods. Combined with the current situation of warehousing management in electric power companies, this paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems and shortcomings of current warehousing management in Shanxi Electric Power Company, including the strategy of warehousing and distribution management, the management of warehousing functions, and the methods of current situation analysis. Warehouse distribution network planning, inventory management, warehouse and operation management, transportation and distribution management, information system construction, personnel management and performance evaluation. On this basis, this paper establishes the multi-objective optimization model of storage system of electric power company, and uses the improved genetic algorithm to solve the model and the example analysis, and combines the deficiency in the storage management of Shanxi Electric Power Company. The paper puts forward that Shanxi Electric Power Company includes: strengthening warehouse management organization and control, completing network distribution gradually, promoting information construction, formulating scientific spare parts reserve quota, perfecting management system and business process, infrastructure and equipment. Improve the post skills and other aspects for the main content of the storage system optimization design. Based on the analysis of practical examples, this paper makes a detailed study on the storage management of electric power companies in China, puts forward the problems and shortcomings in the storage management of Shanxi Electric Power Company, and establishes the optimal design scheme of the storage system. It has important guiding significance to the storage system management of the electric power company of our country.
