传化集团企业文化体系建设研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国民营经济蓬勃发展,因此研究经济社会转型时期的民营企业文化建设,不仅对我国民营企业文化建设具有很强的针对性和借鉴性,而且对促进我国民营经济健康快速发展具有普遍意义。 传化集团是中国知名的多元化民营企业集团,具有较高的地位和影响力,同时集团在企业文化建设方面颇具特色,具有借鉴意义。因此本论文以传化集团为案例,通过运用文献分析、访谈和调查问卷研究分析和奎因(Quinn)竞争性文化价值模型的企业文化测评方法等相关理论,考察了传化集团的发展历程、公司内部组织结构及公司管理制度、员工行为、组织氛围等方面的情况,结合集团的战略目标,通过定性分析集团企业文化建设状况和定量分析员工对于集团企业文化建设的认知情况,,以“质”的诊断和“量”的测度使结果相互印证,客观、整体地反映了传化集团企业文化建设现状。同时在集团各级职员中广泛取样,展开调研。对回收的数据采用SPSS软件进行统计分析,测得集团企业文化建设在各层面上的状况,通过总结经验,查找不足,探索建立传化集团企业文化体系建设方案及其实施策略。 本论文的研究成果在于建立了一套成体系的传化集团企业文化体系建设方案及实施策略,希望为传化集团后续的经营发展决策和企业文化建设提供有效参考作用,同时也为其他民营企业企业文化体系建设提供借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the private economy of our country has developed vigorously. Therefore, the study of the construction of the private enterprise culture in the period of economic and social transformation is not only of great pertinence and reference to the cultural construction of the private enterprise in our country. Moreover, it is of universal significance to promote the healthy and rapid development of China's private economy. Chuanhua Group is a well-known diversified private enterprise group in China, which has a high status and influence. At the same time, the group has its own characteristics in the construction of enterprise culture and has reference significance. Therefore, this paper takes Chuanhua Group as a case, through the use of literature analysis, interviews and questionnaire research analysis and Quinn Quinn-based competitive cultural value model of corporate culture evaluation methods and other relevant theories, to investigate the development process of Chuanhua Group. The company's internal organizational structure and management system, employee behavior, organizational climate and other aspects of the situation, combined with the strategic objectives of the group, Through the qualitative analysis of the cultural construction of the group enterprise and the quantitative analysis of the cognition of the staff to the cultural construction of the group enterprise, the results are confirmed and objectively verified by the diagnosis of "quality" and the measurement of "quantity". As a whole, it reflects the present situation of enterprise culture construction in Chuanhua Group. At the same time in the group staff at all levels of extensive sampling, research. Statistical analysis of the recovered data is carried out by using SPSS software, and the status of corporate culture construction in the group is measured. Through summing up the experience and finding out the deficiencies, the paper explores the construction scheme and implementation strategy of the enterprise culture system of the transmission-oriented group. The research result of this paper lies in the establishment of a set of systematic construction scheme and implementation strategy of enterprise culture system of Chuanhua Group, hoping to provide an effective reference for the subsequent business development decision and enterprise culture construction of Chuanhua Group. At the same time, it also provides reference for the construction of other private enterprise culture system.
